Resort molto bello situato su una delle posizioni migliori della spiaggia Silversand di Malindi, atmosfera eccezionale, molto tranquillo e rilassante, servizio impeccabile, gentilissimo e professionale al massimo. Ristorante con colazioni e pasti molto vari con ampia scelta delle portate sia di carne che di pesce e anche con specialità africane ed indiane. Giardino, piscina e luoghi comuni tenuti in modo perfetto. Tutto al top!

Se proprio vogliamo essere pignoli le camere pur essendo molto belle, pulitissime, silenziose e dotate di tutti i confort avrebbero bisogno di una rimodernata negli arredi, ma questo viene ampiamente compensato da tutte le altre qualità del resort.

My husband and I, enjoyed our holiday. From the services, reception and meal, it was outstanding. The service from Jimmy, Hillary and Florence was phenomenal.

The nearby hotel Friday music was abit distraction. It's good to regulate time on what time the music start and end.

The hotel is excellent and perfectly placed on the beach. The facilities are well maintained and the hotel has a beautiful garden all across the compound.

Unfortunately, the hotel has incredibly poor communication. We wrote to the hotel to request airport transfers (which is a service available) but got no response until the day after we arrived. When we ordered food, staff would often not record the order and we would be waiting more than 45 until we asked again, only to discover that the order was not made. On the day we arrived, we requested a late check out (12pm instead of 11am) and was told it was no problem. However, checking with the reception team on our last day, we were informed that this was not recorded not was it available. Embarrassing and frustrating because we could have made alternative plans if we were informed earlier.

initially had issues with electricity, Wi-Fi and the hot tub. However, this was resolved promptly. Further, the staff at the spa was very unfriendly.
