No closet or cupboard to store clothes

We truly enjoyed our 4-day and 3-night stay at the hotel. Breakfast was superb. The serving is so big for one person. They even have complimentary mixed fruits on your first day. They cleaned our room on the second day. All the staff are super friendly, always smiling, and very helpful. They helped us organize our activities, which is very convenient on our end. The room is clean, and the bed is so big, which I think can fit 3 adults (but I'm not sure if they will allow it). Overall, I will recommend staying here. You will surely enjoy your adventures in South Cebu, especially knowing that you have an awesome hotel to stay at.

The staff were great (10/10), the food was great (10/10), and the room was great (10/10). However, the location, particularly the road going to the hotel, is something that needs improvement. I hope that the hotel owners in the area and the local government will come to an agreement to fix this. I'm positive that once the road is fixed, more tourists will stay in their hotels.

The room was big and very nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked well, if a little noisy. The bathroom was beautiful, it felt like a little luxury. The garden bar was a nice addition and the cocktails were really great! The staff were always polite, however there were some issues.

There seemed to be a lot of disorganisation and miscommunication between all the staff, and a lack of information regarding tours. I contacted the property weeks before my stay to reserve the Oslob package however after we arrived at the property none of the staff seemed to know about my reservation. So I reserved the tour again for the Wednesday of my stay at Pawikan and the staff went ahead and made this reservation and took full payment for the five activities the tour includes; one of them being a trip to Sumilon Island . However our tour guide told us, after we had already started the tour's activities, that Sumilon Island is closed every Wednesday. My partner and I were incredibly disappointed as this was one of the things we really wanted to do while in Cebu, and a little put out that the hotel charged us full price for a slightly expensive package when one of the biggest draws of the package was closed. Additionally, I had again reserved, over a 2 weeks before, a car to take us to Cebu city just after we checked out of the hotel. The day of check out came but again the staff had no idea about the fact we were checking out that day and also no idea about booking the car. It took some time before they finally arranged a car and it arrived. Also there is no fridge in the room.

Sadly a lot of ants inside the room. Crawling almost on the bed. A little far from the beach and restaurants/bars.

The moment we arrived at the hotel we were greeted with a warm welcome by the friendliest crew we have encountered on our travels. They showed us our gorgeous and clean room and then took us to a neighboring hotel where we could have our meals. Suzanne and her colleague of whom I sadly have forgotten the name were the perfect addition to the idyllic hotel. They have gone above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable and made sure we could go on the tours we wanted to in the limited time we had.

The room was a very good size and the whole place was really well kept. The staff were very friendly, the main women on reception was very attentive and helpful and genuinely a lovely person. They would happily book Tuk tuk’s for you whenever you wanted and you can also book tours through them.

You can walk through the hotel next door to you in the day which means the main high street is only 5-10 mins away. But at night you are not allowed to walk through the resort so it would be a 20-25 min walk the long way round in not very lit up areas. But a tuk tuk was only 100-200 pesos which is 2-3 quid.

Such comfortable beds and aircon worked like a dream in the heat. the staff were attentive to our needs and went above and beyond to arrange transport and even collection of medication from the pharmacy.

The addition of a mini fridge in the room would have been great.

The BEST accommodation from our entire trip to the Philippines. Staff were attentive and friendly. The room was cool, clean and spacious. Loved the modern/extra touches (LED mirror, mood lighting, bathroom products). The location was a short walk away from the main strip but that was never an issue.

Nothing, they exceed all our expectations.
