There have been many improvements since last October when we were here. The new play area is great, as is the change in menu and the upgrades to the beach bar. The staff are also lovely: particular mention must go to Aziz who did everything and more to make our stay comfortable. The yoga studio is wonderful and Karsten is excellent.
The gym could do with an upgrade. Abdullah is lovely as always but new equipment would help him.
The pillows are not good!! Please upgrade them!!
The animals roaming around are better than last year but sometimes it can get a bit much!

The location
The room I got had a moisture issue. The front office team managed to change it for me but it is unfortunate that I had live with this issue 2 nights

Mattress not hard enough
Food except breakfast is not great and too expensive.

Beautiful location with plenty of immensities and food options onsite or nearby. Our Prestige suite was very nice with plenty of space for our group. Yoga was fabulous! Complimentary breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety.
It is far enough from Tagazhout that you will want a car if you want to explore there at all but driving and parking were no problem.

Great breakfast, lovely pool, enjoyed the surf lesson. Great area around the back of the hotel with hammocks and day beds and a hot tub for early evening chilling out.
Hotel could be more proactive with info and promoting the facilities and services.

the building was really nice.
The animals wondering around. eg

wonderful property with lots of activities and stunning location on an almost secluded beach. very lovely staff. Great Kids Club too.
management needs to improve. staff are overwhelmed with work with not enough people to manage demand during peak times. Due to this service was slow in restaurants.

the grounds were lovely and general facilities were nice. yoga was excellent - very good teacher. clean, large room. it was great to have a fridge! if you have kids - there were lots to make friends with.
central areas - around the pool and restaurant - were crowded when we went during achool holidays. food was very over-priced for the quality. either option of buffet which was OK but you wouldn’t want to do every night (and it was expensive), or a la carte more refined choices where wait time could be very long and service stressed - also not what you’d want for more than a night or two.

There is a lot that is great about this place. The beach is fabulous, the yoga studio has a lovely location overlooking the sea, and the surf centre is active and has a friendly crew of surf instructors. The garden vegetation is beautiful.
Food!! Breakfast is fine and there is plenty of choice. But the two restaurants and beach bar need new management. Service is consistently slow. We saw people give up waiting for drinks on a several occasions. the food quality is inconsistent. two of our meals were served tepid to cold. we complained about another meal because portions were too small, especially for the price being charged. they offered a 50% reduction for this meal which we accepted. the following evening we were served a tagine which had to be ordered 24h in advance. this time there was enough to feed an army and it was tasteless and tepid/cold. we couldn’t be bothered to complain about it. we spent 11 nights in the hotel. luckily we had a hire car as we found some good restaurants in Taghazout producing better food for a third of the price. we ate out 6 or 7 times out of our eleven nights.

Wonderful Hotel with very nice staff. Directly at the beach. They offer yoga classes 3 times a day and you can book surf lessons or spa appointments if you like.
The room was extraordinary (bungalow with 2 floors).
Breakfast was full of choices and until 10.30.
I enjoyed my stay very much and would love to come back again.
The food in the restaurants is not bad but very western and also pretty pricy. But you could also go out to eat in one of the local places.
The area itself is not the nicest, so there is no market or sth close by but you could also book taxis to go anywhere. I think there should be more focus on trash care and making the village look nicer but if you stay only in the hotel you won't notice any of that.

Interesting layout and footprint of the property. Great staff, clean and friendly. Beach was fantastic but some cross currents in the sea. Take care. Junior suíte was a good size with a nice view. The self serve breakfast was fun. Lots of young people and children which we enjoyed.
The food, other than breakfast was disappointing, in both price and taste. Drinks were pricey. Dogs barking at night time took some time to ignore.

great atmosphere, falling asleep with the sound of the waves, the apartment was large and spacious for 2 adults and 3 kids, loved the yoga classes, the breakfast, swimming pool and wellness.
if I need to mention one thing is that the restaurants are expensive in comparison to the local restaurants around. But because these were close (in Tagazout or beach walking distance) this was no issue.

Paradis Plage is my dream resort. Quite frankly it is the best place I have ever stayed. Every single details has been lovingly thought through. There is yoga 3 times a day and the teacher, Carson, is excellent, very experienced and kind and the studio is stunning and faces the beach, the rolling waves and the sunset. The spa would rival the best in the world, my therapies were incredible and excellent value. The gym is not like a usual sterile hotel gym, it is huge, has outdoor parts, has all the cross fit stuff and more, music playing, people using it and you can take classes or work out alone. It is stocked with EVERYTHING and has a great buzz. There’s a strip of sun loungers on the beach, a gorgeous pool area. Cafes, bars, restaurants. A boules area. A surf shop to rent all your water sports stuff. We’re a family of 5 and got a 2 bedroom suite (Prestige Suite), excellent value, with two bedrooms and a separate kitchen and living space. It had a large terrace looking out over the beach. Views to die for, gorgeous interiors and everything was 5 star from the beds to the towels to the linen. The entire site is heartachingly beautiful, with flowers and fruits trees and gorgeous art. The colours blend with the surroundings and it is just stunning to be here. The location is amazing, the beach is long and beautiful, perfect for walks and horse rides. There is a village within walking distance so shops, pharmacy etc is accessible and there are two GREAT restaurants within a short beach walk from the resort. The breakfasts by the pool were the highlight for my kids as they had pancakes and omelettes made fresh and pomegranate fruit salads every day. Finally the staff made the trip. Everyone was so helpful and friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. We came for 4 nights and stayed for 11!! We will be back. Thank you all.

Clean and nice hotel premises
Too expensive for what it has to offer: internet is bad, especially at night; breakfast is definitely not amazing; ALL services are extra pay (spa, yoga, surf - for a very high price compared to the rest of the places in Taghazout)

I like the location
What i dont like is the room location ...no view over sea .....no sea no sea view 😔
