Regarding our stay .. the Staff are very polite and professional and respectful really appreciate that hospitality and for the hotel facilities and food’s really its great compared with other hotels and resorts The room is very clean ..Over all great experience its not the first and not the last one .. for the breakfast its great location in the early morning and i like the fresh juice.. thanks a lot for all the staff

old rooms, the room facilities and there are all inclusive and ultra all inclusive which not understood by myself and also if you don’t drink alcohol it will be not comfortable as you have to charge for fresh juice

I liked a lot about the property, first the landscape is amazing, the beach is very clean with wonderful water colors. The staff is as very polite and hospitable, I was truly impressed with the service, their kindness and how polite they are, literally everyone from the gardeners, the cleaning staff, the restaurant waiters, the resectionists, and the leadership team. The property is very clean and well maintained and the food variety is great! I’ll definitely go again and I highly recommend it to whoever is going to Hurghada. There isn’t many properties in Hurgada that competes with Steigenberger! I am happy we stayed there.

Quite honestly nothing, I am trying to think of something to be fair but nothing comes to mind.

This was most likely one of our most pleasant holidays and much of that is because of the excellent job the staff of the resort. They are all very attentive and helpful. We would like to particularly thank Rafaela from the Customer Service team who has made our stay unforgettable with her impeccable care for us from booking dinner reservation to small gestures like a complementary bottle of wine in the room, and a surprise for my wife's birthday. The restaurant food quality and variety is excellent and all the facilities were amazing. We booked a few massages with the spa and they were amazing. Many thanks to the wonderful staff of Steigenberger Aldau Beach Resort.

It was not my first time and wouldn't be the last, Steigenberger Aldau is the best hotel in hurghada. Facilities and services are far better than any other hotels in hurghada. Friendly staff, nice food, good location, and good value of money. Big thanks to the guest relations managers

every thing is good , put the room is not good location we exposed to the smoke of the grill all the day and I can’t see the pool because there no suites available or upgrade the receptionist couldn’t help me .

the suite is very old and the maintenance is not good. the handle of the toilet is broken at 4:00 am .

Beach was ok at best. Swimming pools was large and gardens was well maintained. Hand full of staff was friendly and pleasant to deal with. Submarine excursion was the best.

Most staff was not well trained and lack the 5 star service you expect from this resort. Information of the resort on check in was next to none. No sense of hospitality. Smoking is allowed in the foyer and some other areas inside the hotel. If you a non smoker like my wife and I, this will ruin your stay. All charges in Euro's which makes no sense as you are in Egypt? Spa was aweful and not part of the hotel. Sales staff from the spa was very annoying, especially on the beach. Ask for the "red bag" when you pick up your towels as this will indicate "do not disturb" when you hang this on your ambrella. We were never told about this and only found out the last day of our stay after I spoke to one of the managers. Food was nothing special and not 5 star. Breakfast was ok but the coffee was the worse I have had. Mostly use instant coffee but even the coffee from the machines were not good. Resturant staff focus more on cleaning and setting tables than servicing your table? Swimming pool was massive but unusable due to a 18degC water temp. The smallest pool of the lot was the only pool with heated water up to 30degC but was always crowded with children. If you had to visit this hotel I would suggest to visit Summer time when the pool water will be much warmer. Rooms were dated and not cleaned well. Dusty and towels with stains. We were welcomed with great bed decor (swan made out of towels) but it never made up for the room never been cleaned well. Bathroom was small and shower water change temperature which is annoying. The one thing that upset me the most was the noisy rooms. Just walking or running up and down sounds like thunder. Walls are super thin. If you a light sleeper, best wear earplugs. We will not come back to this resortl. There are better resorts for the same price.
