convent to airport, shopping, & location
although rooms were spacious & very comfortable it could be refreshed. sitting area & furniture needs attention.

Our océan view was blocked by palms.
Food was excellent BUT overpriced and the restaurant noisy. Husband called “Cobalt” an elite Texas Roadhouse.

I like that there are some rooms with pool access. I was somehow not given one of those rooms despite my request.
There was absolutely no shower pressure whatsoever. It was not even a little acceptable how bad the pressure was. Also I didn’t like that breakfast was not included for the more than $1000 I spent for just 2 nights. It costs the hotel $3 to make a few scrambled eggs and that’s would have gone a long way to make me happy. And the facilities are very tired, stains on furniture, dirty walls, etc.

I had a wonderful time in Vero beach. It’s a beautiful on the oceanfront located hotel. The huge room was beautiful and the food in both the restaurant was 5 star. It was so delicious, I can only recommend the tuna nachos! The best I ever had! Not just the food was amazing but also the location and view we had. The hotel is the perfect option for a relaxing stay at the beach and in the pool.

Breakfast menu needed some healthier options, especially steel-cut oatmeal with a side of berries.

Location and proximity
Staff were totally incompetent worst I have ever experienced from valet parking who lost my car twice,, restaurants that do not offer side plates, apparently no bread or room service, to the non existent room service - absolutely not the Kimpton that I am use too! A total disappointment.

Located directly on a gorgeous beach, with a sparkling swimming pool, hot tub, bar, and restaurant. Beautifully appointed rooms. The staff was amazing and accommodating.
The balcony furniture could be more comfortable.

The staff was always friendly and very accommodating. We extended an extra day and the front desk staff made it very easy. The valet team was superb and the housekeeper was always friendly and helpful.
The female bartender on our first night was not good. She was very pleasant but didn’t know how to bartend.

The hotel was beautiful, warm and the staff extremely helpful. You can’t beat the location right on the beach. It is a higher priced hotel but we’ll worth it.

Clean and very comfortable rooms. Excellent view and wonderful staff everywhere we went. The shower had great pressure and could get as hot as you would like.
