This is a beautiful resort with ample amenities, friendly and helpful staff and very comfortable rooms.

The additional fees were a little much and the walk to the self parking for older visitors could be a bit much.

Dear Grand Hyatt Regency Cypress , I am completely disappointed in customer service and accounts department. I have written countless to you on the below subject - fact that you’re still holding close $1400 that you haven’t returned to my credit card and below is a mail no one is answering to and when calls are placed they exhibit nothing more than poor customer secure and naivety I write to follow up on the withholding amount which hasn’t been credited back into my card. My stay with you was from 7th to 14th august ,2023 and I have since not received the amount back on the card. I stayed over the Hyatt place New York Times Square and left the hotel on 17th august and before I could get to the airport amount withholding from my card was credited- yes that quick.! I have other business meetings in other states and need the money credited quick enough to facilitate that. Find attached bill. Thank you.

The shower stall leaked all over bathroom floor We had to use all of our towels to sop up the water also very loud in the lobby as a construction worker was pulling up tile and no waterfalls In pool when I arrived at 3:30

The pleasant staff and well kept grounds. The pool staff was polite and very attentive

Very nice pool, we loved the garden, the gym was good, the food at the restaurant was delicious, the service was good and the price affordable. The room was also nice, clean and with a great view. The property is beautiful, we enjoyed our stay.

The gym could have a barbell, there is even a station for it. The gym was well equipped, the barbell would be a plus. A bottle of water was a bit expensive at the bars and at Starbucks. The room service forgot to replace the soap one day, but it was good in everything else. Too many kids jumping from everywhere at the pool on Saturday. They were asked to stop more than once but they kept moving to different spots to jump in the water from the higher places they could find. It was a bit dangerous and annoying.

You can do everything inside. You don’t have to go anywhere with the family

I like everything about this hotel. 5 stars !!! Amazing location, the pool Wuaooo so beautiful, the staff are so friendly and helpful, everything was clean , love the rooms, the lobby with so many different restaurants , the breakfast buffet was amazing, I love everything.

Restaurant staff was great. Beautiful landscaping and property.

Room was not clean- closet was dirty, dirty towels in closet- Twix wrapper under couch, conditioner was empty. parking lot was FULL even though they charge $30 a night for self parking. Waited thirty plus mins every day to get a parking spot!!!

When we first arrived the valet and staff were very helpful unloading our bags and getting us up to our room. We also had been able to get into our room early which was wonderful. The pool servers and staff were great! The location and property was, beautiful, clean, and well maintained.

Pool chair seating wasn't easily available. Also we saw tiny ants in the our room on the 7th floor.

Hotel was great overall. A lot has beeen updated but a lot hasn't. Pool was good. Loved the convenience of everything located in the hotel. The lobby was nice. The people greeting you when you arrive were nice.The food was pretty good. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to people I know!

There wasn't anything that I didn't like. I would just say to make some more updates through out the hotel and maybe add some more drinks at Starbucks. Over all it was good
