I enjoy the beach, quiet, peace, food at hotel was excellent.

Our room had trash left behind after inspection,and bathroom flooded. The toilet ran all night.other than that the room was cozy. The view was Awesome. It was very pleasant experience.

We had 904 North Tower…several items needed to be looked at and repaired: freezer did not make ice when the bar was lowered; kitchen faucet is not caulked fast to the countertop; the necessary basic utensils to cook with were non existent; both bathroom ceilings are well overdue repair work and the screens had tears in the windows as well as the sliding door. Couches and chairs need cleaned good. The amount I paid for using this condo was excessive given it’s deficiencies

I answered these questions in reverse. I’m sorry. The things I liked were the pleasant staff, prompt checkin and Check out application and the assistance of your bellhop staff

Clean and the staff very kind

Large room, two restaurants (although one was breakfast only), and a coffee shop. Easy walk to the beach.

The lace really needs some updates. Coffee maker didn’t work. Called the front desk and was told someone would come up to change it or bring a new one. No one ever came. The next day I asked the cleaning lady and she brought a new one. The kitchen area has very cheap silverware and only one knife that was a very dull butcher knife. The pool area had such a strong chlorine smell I couldn’t breathe as I was walking through it. Our first time to Ocean City and found it far too busy to relax and way too commercialized. Won’t be back again.

The bed was a rock, didn't sleep

We asked for our room to be cleaned and clean linens. We stripped the beds and they made our beds with the same dirty linens that we originally took off 😒

Loved that we were pool side & could come out our sliding glass doors & go to the pool

Our beds were kinda hard. Was hard for me to get comfortable sleeping

Great for families and easy access to the beach

No automatic room cleaning service, ordered food at the bar and waited over 30 mins just to be told they didn't have the order but they took my cash. Took another 15 mins to count the drawer and refund me...smh

The bathroom did not have an exhaust fan to toilet clogged up had to call the front desk to get somebody to come and unclog it the lighting in the room was horrible the smell of the hotel was unreal 😲

The Air conditioning in our room didn’t work for our full stay. Even after someone came to fix it.

Staff was amazing all around. Restaurant was great too (only had breakfast). Parking wasn’t bad and the hotel was pretty busy. Everything was clean. Cabana was great. Key cards worked the whole time.

The lamp in the room could use some replacing. Screen door had a hole in it to the porch. Elevators were a bit slow. Restaurant coffee was pretty terrible.

The 2 bedroom condo townhouse type room with full kitchen and 2 baths was great,awesome view of ocean, very comfortable,very clean , no bugs of any kind..staff was very friendly and helpful, patio oceanside grill food was amazing loved the watermelon salad, the indoor pool was nice and warm on the stormy day, beachfront access and on-site picture memory opportunity was nice,only negative is the parking garage is low and tight turns was,hard to park larger size suv...very quiet nice hotel, the massage therapists in the day spa on lower level were amazing according to my daughter and son in law they got massages while we were there june 6 to 9th 23. We will be back nice quiet north end of ocean city away from boardwalk less crowded beach..our bell hop/valet bujon I think his name was..very polite and helpful..

Parking garage almost too small for my midsized suv...arcade not open due to conventions going on lower level..

The pool was amazing, and there was so much to do in the surrounding neighborhood!

The replacement room was such a different experience . The new room was newly updated, smelled, and looked clean. 👌 I am sooo glad I asked for another room. And the staff was pleasant accommodating.

The first room that was given to me looked as it had never been updated since the 1970s, and to top it off,it smelled like smoke. The jacuzzi was dated and had a dirty red carpet around it.

The bar tender Brandon was horribly slow and did not show any urgency. Mixed up tabs and charged the wrong cards.

This was a great location! Beds were very comfortable and room was clean.
