It was perfect. We were satisfied with our room and with the service, that we had. The food was very good and delicious. The staff was very kind and we enjoyed our visit in sharm elshekh.

Mask and fens renting is so expensive and the tools is not very good. Mask and fens rent staff CRM is not very good. Beach snacks restaurant staff CRM is so bad.

A 10 star hotel , starting from the check in process ( very nice refreshing welcome drink, cold face towel, lots of smiles) thank you Mr Bassem reception manager and Mr Amr as well for your kindness, the room was amazing, very spacious and clean, amazing pool and sea view, Ibrahim from room service was very nice and polite man, he makes towel art every day and alway double check with you if you need anything, pool was amazing and the animation team were super fun with lots of activities during the day. The food were good and although it was very crowded but the quality was super and I enjoyed every single meal. Snack bar have a super yum pizza and burgers you don’t want to miss ice cream all day. Also a very special thanks to Ahmed the pool bar man for his kindness and amazing refreshing cocktails. Sunrise remal resort staff felt like family and I can’t wait for my next vist.

- Hotel Staff were helpful and very friendly, especially Mr. Bassem FOM very decent and professional. - Room is clean, nice furniture, my room was pool view, very near and with a good view. - Main pool is wide and nice place to spend enjoyable time. - I booked in Remal resort, but I got the bracelet of Remal beach, and that was amazing to have all the facilities near to the beach. - The beach is Coral very good spot for snorkeling. - The pool bars and snakes restaurants were very nice, and the staff there are very friendly and welcome you in a very pleasant way.

- No sandy access to the beach, so for whom can`t swim very well it will be hard to enjoy the beach there. - Food at the main restaurant could be much better.

Clean rooms, fantastic scenery, easy access to the sea, plentiful variety of food, The Mexican restaurant was very good with a very helpful server.

Awesome hotel and very friendly and helpful staff. Mr Ali and Mr Ahmed are exceptionally fantastic people. I extended my trip for 4 more days and will be happily returning in the future.

The staff were very helpful especially the bar man Elsayed Zaher who was the most friendliest person since we arrived made sure we knew where to go and for what time even helped us with places to eat and and tourist attractions, he made the highlight of the holiday. He was selfless and although there was a language barrier he did not make us feel like a burden and took the time to listen and help us. We will never forget you, thanks a lot Elsayed Zaher.

Working stared a lot which made us feel very uncomfortable, mosquito device was as great as we ended up still getting bites.

I had the most amazing time at the Sunrise Remal Resort. I would have stayed so much longer if only I could. The Resort is beautiful! All the facilities and the pools are perfect. By staying at the remal sunrise resort you could also use all the facilities and the restaurants at the sunrise remal beach. Food is great, not only the international buffet (which has a big variety of food. You cannot be disappointed) but also the a la carte restaurant ( I tried the steakhouse and the italian restaurant and they were both very good!). Very high standard of cleaning and after the daily room cleaning you would expect to find amazing decoration made with towel and a so nice smell in the room. The room is big, with amazing views on the pool or on the mountain. Bathroom clean and bed super comfortable! The reef is amazing! No other words to describe it.. the best one I have seen in Sharm (and I have done snorkeling in other places too) I spent hours by doing snorkeling and you could easily seen hundreds of different type of fishes and other animals. The resort is just 5minutes walking from the beach and there is a bus which runs every 5minute until 11pm. But in particular I would like to spend dome words about the amazing staff. Everyone is friendly, helpful, professional and they really take care of you. I was travelling alone and every member of the team was making sure that I was enjoying my time there. They have been friendly, kind and so available to help me and to offer me the best time. I felt very pampered and I had a wonderful stay. I will miss a lot this resort and all the staff. I will definitely coming back soon. Very recommended! Thank you Sunrise Remal Resort for one of the best holiday of my life!

Well the fairytails are true....i was checking sunrise pics and videos for a few months now ...reading hundreds of very good reviews with no negetive reviews....everyone rated that hotel above 8 ....so it was exciting to see it yourself ....well the stories were true ...everything is amazing and it is the best stay ever in sharm ....the staff..the food...the beach ...the room ...it was perefect In check in you will recieve the wormest welcome ever...that nice behaviour will appear later everywere and from everyone greeting to each staff member definitly coming back again

Nothing really it was the perfect hotel there was a small notice from reviews about the over usages of bathrooms near beach so some people may find it uncomfortable ...well one last thing it raised my standards fir sharm hotels if that csn be counted is a disadvantage..lol
