J'ai beaucoup aimé la chambre très chic et grande , tout était parfait. Le personnel est sympa. Le petit-déjeuner est top et très jolie vue 2 belles piscines autres activités présente dans l'hôtel !

La situation géographique était mauvaise car pratiquement rien autour pour manger ou magasin il fallait un moyen de locomotion pour se déplacer.

The resort is right by a private beach with sun beds. The pools are great. And the restaurant very good.

the price of the room for essentially a shack in the jungle and the staff were rude trying to rip us off on 2 occasions

Sehr gutes Frühstück und äußerst nettes Personal. Die Lage des Restaurants ist genial. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sehr schön angelegt.

Sehr gute Organisation, sehr nettes Personal und die Bungalows sind Traumhaft. So stellt man sich Thailand vor!

We stayed 2 adults and 2 children age 9 and 13. We had separate but still attached rooms, which was a huge plus and the location is really nice.

Many mosquitoes but it was also raining quite a bit

The staff are exceptionally helpful, it is a spacious and green environment, the bungalows are spacious and comfortable

A lot of mozzies coz of the jungle environment and now the wet seasons arrived, also a lot of screaming kids around the pools, their parents need to think about other users, it’s not a fault of the resort but parents not thinking about other people

Beautiful pool.

The hotel closed the pool bar, without notice, at 3pm. They also closed the restaurant to guests because there was an event. This meant there was no food or drinks available for guests from 3pm onwards. Worst still, they’ve lied about this to booking.com when I raised a complaint. Shameful.

When we arrived our room was not ready and filthy, then shown to another room which was equally as filthy… we checked out immediately and went to another hotel.

Location was great, rooms were lovely and unique (we stayed in a family sea view), beds were comfy, pool area was large and clean, breakfast had good options, staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant had delicious food and cocktails and the view was amazing!

The wafting aroma's of marijuana was annoying - especially while us and our kids are eating dinner. If the staff could ensure people do not smoke inside the restaurant would be respectful for all.

our room was different from photos on booking.com .We paid about 150 EUR p/n for our " romantic sea view " room but our room had only partially sea view ( one roof / bungalow in the front ) Our room was tiny ( 20 m max ) not 40 m as advertised and with old tired basic furniture , We tried to change it for a better one but without any success ( we did not want to change for a similar tiny bungalow after 5 days of waiting ..) The management were really difficult and mean and the best offer was to return our money ( which was really disadvantage for us as we could not find any decent hotels at last minute . It's really unfair that the hotel is taking a fill payment in advance , using your money as a free bank ( 6 months in our case) and then just trying to make a refund ( without bank charges ) instead of a good service. They have to be honest with their advertisement as the price is not match the quality We had a good experience in the past at this hotel but it's looks that after coved it's completely different place

fab gardens, pools, location , room was a reasonably big close to the pool Good and regular cleaning

1)breakfast the same every single day , 2) strange behaviour of one female staff who is constantly opens all dishes , touching all food without wearing her gloves , steer all dishes ( ???) but not brings any new dishes , As a result , all dishes are cold .

nice rooms, good value for money, great spot for snorkeling and great privet beach with water games provided by the hotel, hotel also picked us up from the pier.

hotel massage service was a joke lady just talk on phone with one hand during the whole time, i literally stopped in the middle and asked her to leave, she took the money and left hahaha. breakfast was basic and and coffee is bad, restaurant also not best food. our room was on top of a hill hard walk.

Bungalow was very spacious with some thoughtful features and a nice big terrace. Very friendly and helpful reception staff, felt more like 4 star than 3 star. The private beach was lovely and peaceful and in a great position at the end of the main beach.

Some of the staff didn’t speak English so well but it wasn’t a big problem for us.

The hotel is very well situated and is very well run. It is exceptionally clean and all the staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and the restaurant food in the evenings was delicious and well presented. Our room was spacious and we loved the large veranda and it’s comfortable seats. We also appreciated the mosquito net. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The romantic sea view room was great. We were right at the water and had a quiet spot. Rooms were clean and a good size. The breakfast was very good with lots of options and the restaurant was right on the water with a great view.

Perfect, relaxed atmosphere and central.

People are smoking at the tables during breakfast.

The staff and the cleaner/clearer water and beach compared to other area closed by.

That we had to take shoes off at the lobby or a restaurant. It wouldn't be much trouble if my saddles didn't gave the back straps.
