Accogliente , belle piscine (solo la principale abbastanza calda), posto sulle sdraio a tutte le ore,mangiare per essere Egitto assolutamente buono, anche gamberoni , pesce e carne alla griglia ! Ottimi dolci e ottima colazione! Personale cortese e simpatico ! Distanza dal mare fattibile con passeggiata di 10 minuti altrimenti navetta ogni 20 minuti. Posizione ottima nel centro di soho per poter vedere negozi , luci , fontane e ingannare il tempo visto che a dicembre alle 16 non c’è più il sole! Teli mare si cambiano spiaggia e piscina quanta volte si vuole! Bar in spiaggia con Angelo carinissimo che ti porta da bere all’ombrellone ,un po’ di ressa quando alle 13 aprono l’ordinazione di panini e patatine per chi non vuole risalire al villaggio! Bel reg più che quello fatto visitare da gita del diving a ras mohamed, non si può entrare in acqua dalla spiaggia inutile quindi le scarpette , ci si può solo tuffare dal pontile !

Struttura un po’ datata , classico stile egiziano anni 90’ ! ( bagno però con docce belle e comode) Pulizia diciamo nella norma sempre considerando dove siamo , per l’Italia non sarebbe certo un 5 stelle ma dobbiamo assolutamente valutarlo per la località ! Voucher regalati per la spa che si possono usare solo dalle 9 alle 11 di mattina , un po’ ridicola come cosa! Mi hanno fatto pagare 12 dollari per aVer smarrito un asciugamano che su prenotazione di 9 persone potevano anche chiudere un occhio !

The pool, the cafe nearby pool, the garden area, the comfy beds! Fresh linen and great quality towels! Mina from the cafe :) with his great smile & service! Mr.lifeguard from the kids pool who hands out towels, give excellent service too :)

As the room is already small, and wood furniture quite old. Paintings in room are dull and add to the feel of standard lifeless hotelroom , a more vibrant colour would add life, like turquoise to match the hotel theme. And perhaps dampen the yellow wooden colour overall. Restaurant is too noisy and sound absorption could be improved immensely! As it felt like a factory whilst trying to have dinner. But food is great and service as well :)

We had the great time of our life...the hotel has perfect service for families, and we have to thank mina and muhamad from the reception who helped us with every little thing , they know the job and did it perfectly.

Mina at reception he is the best of the best very active and helpful and also his team Adly and Hader Also housekeeper very helpful.

The pools (at least the one in front of our room) weren‘t crowded and the staff was always helpful. The outside area of the hotel was beautifully designed and built.

The staff in the bowling center couldn‘t find the paper with our reservation on and just waited for us to live with it. They didn‘t offer any other time slot before we asked for one.
