Отличный номер, чистый, новый. Уборка очень хорошая. Удобный матрас и подушки. Завтрак потрясающий, очень большой ресторан с огромным выбором еды. Множество фруктов и свежевыжатых соков на завтрак. Китайская и европейская еда. Детский стол. Суп- лапшу готовит робот- интересно! Бассейн отличный, лежаков достаточно. Море в паре минут ходьбы. Но на пляже нет лежаков и зонтиков. Отель отличный, но в отдалении от кафе и магазинов.

Un bel hôtel confortable avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. Une chambre avec balcon et vue sur la piscine et la mer. Il faut juste traverser la route pour accéder à la plage. Un service de majordome et en particulier Wesley, qui est à votre écoute et anticipé même vos besoins. Une délicate attention pour l'anniversaire de notre fille avec un gâteau livré dans notre chambre. Même un service de transfert vers l'aéroport. La proximité de l'aéroport n'est pas un problème, pas entendu un avion de notre séjour.

S'il fallait pondérer une peu notre appréciation, ce serait par le manque de choix pour le repas du midi. Nous aurions apprécié avoir accès à un buffet de salades, fruits et jus.

Everything was perfect

Great activities for kids. There is a daily schedule for all ages. The pool foam party every day was a hit with my 4 year old. Very convenient with the beach across the street. Many different pools with a small heated pool too. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Restaurant is open all day but with minimal options and the food quality is not great. Not many restaurants in the area. Need to travel far for good western food options.

Holiday Inn, Sanya Bay is a beautiful hotel with nice rooms, a great swimming pool and a fantastic breakfast. The public beach is across the road (no private beaches in Sanya Bay). The heated pool (hot tub) next to the main swimming pool is definitely a bonus in winter!

The location, while great for peace and quiet, can be a problem (hardly any restaurants or entertainment)

The easy breakfast is good for everyone but the location is under the lobby seemed like no kind for Excel person.

Maybe the outside of the garden is most comfortable location for customer to enjoy the feature of sky and sea .
