Location in Cristal Bay is definitely the biggest pro of this hotel - the bay is incredibly amazing. Hotel staff is very kind and helpful. Room has been cleaned every day, towels changed daily too. Value for money - really ok!

It’s visible the hotel is quite “used” and its “best times” are already gone - renovation would be a plus here. Although it’s perfectly located in the bay, it’s quite far to the town - either Lamai or Chaweng. The area is rather quiet, so might be quite hard to catch “not-a-private” taxi, especially in morning hours.

it was right by crystal beach and there are a lot of massage place by the beach which i love! the hotel/room was clean and the place itself is beautiful. only not much food options unless you walk out the streets. rent a scooter to get around easier.

i wish the hotel provides breakfast. but other than that everything was great!

Also I'd like to say a very big thank you to Chai,he helped me out a lot and did it all with a smile and politness. The staff at the resort are the friendliess people you will ever meet. The resort sits on the best beach in Samui at Silver beach,also known as Crystal Bay. Absolutely stunning !! We will definitely be coming back next year. All our best and thanks Trish and Dray

Lovely spot. Perfect. Quiet. Beach wonderful. Restaurant fair prices and tasted good. Had problem with safe so they upgraded me to better room. Very pleasant stay

***AMAZING*** Wonderful small beach, peaceful, quiet, clean, very nice, good wifi, we stayed in the small cabins, we only planned to stay 1 night stayed 3!!!

very sweet people who worked there. had a cochroach issue and got a new room. room was okay and very lovely with the private Beach.

it is pretty isolated and not much restaurant around. the bathroom could be better because of the shower.

friendly welcome on early check in, very accommodating. Liked my more private upstairs room. Excellent espresso at beach side bar.

- Pretty closed to the beach - Activities such as snorkeling, kayaking and paddling board. - Beach is great, many rocks but there are lots of fishes

- There is no shower shelf to put soap and shampoo on, we had to put on the floor :( - doesn't have cloth rack for drying wet cloth, we hang on the terrace rail.

the service was amazing, we were upgraded to a better room on arrival free of charge ! the staff is very friendly and the room was cleaned daily . AMAZING location , right on a very beautiful beach

not much space at the pool area

Incredibly kind and helpful staff. Our amazing room was cleaned everyday. We felt ourselves home at the very first day. The location is quiet, still everything is in the near what you should need for a vacation. The beach is the most beautiful one on the island. The resort's restaurant has really good prices and they accept credit card too. You can rent scooter for 200BHT/day, and kayak 200BHT/hour too! We already miss this place so much, it was heaven!

The bed was a little bit too hard. The lighting in the garden was a little bit too weak, it was kinda dark during the evening time walkings. And it is a minor issue but it would be cool, if the beach had some sun bed for guest's use too. But above these little things, we truly, truly loved our stay and would choose this resort 10/10 times!

This place is a real gem. It’s located right on the best beach on the island. The bungalow was super comfortable, great tv with Netflix and great aircon kept the room cool at all times. The restaurant is great, good breakfast and friendly staff. There is a massage platform also and the ladies there are great. What would be amazing would be some morning or evening yoga here. The water is so warm you can swim and snorkel for hours. The beach on the north half is good for swimming and chilling in the water and the southern half is great for snorkelling. I saw amazing sea life there! The beach in front of the hotel gets swept every day so there is no rubbish around. There are also places to eat dinner just up the road and a convenience store also a few minutes away. It is a quick songthaew or scooter ride to Lamai or Chaweng, but there are really nicer vibes on this beach so I was so happy to hang here.

the beach is amazing!!!! the staff were so so helpful, booking us tours and ferry tickets (with discounts!) and easily letting us stay one more night. Always smiling and making us feel at home!

if you don’t have a scooter/ car the surrounding area isn’t the best, a couple of restaurants plus the ones on the beach but need to drive to get anywhere else
