L’unica cosa buona di questo resort, se così vogliamo chiamarlo, è che le camere sono vista mare, per il resto assolutamente non da consigliare. La struttura sembra una caserma e fatiscente; le camere sono sporche (zanzare morte sulle pareti e mai pulite, ragnatele in balcone con escrementi di piccioni) e puzzano di fogna (ancora peggio se accendi l’aria condizionata). Per non dire che alle 8.30/9 del mattino iniziano a smartellare perché ci sono i lavori. Ha una piccola spiaggia privata che però è attigua ad una spiaggia libera piena di rifiuti e cani randagi e il mare è sporco perché c’è il pontile dove partono le navi per tutte le escursioni. Per prenotare uno dei vari ristoranti a disposizione ci sono delle file chilometriche che ti passa la voglia. Menomale che ci sono stata solo 2 notti e sono sempre andata fuori dal resort sia a mangiare che in spiaggia. Pessimo rapporto qualità/prezzo: allo stesso prezzo e anche molto meno si prenotano resort molto più belli.

Our stay was fabulous from beginning with complimentary pick up from airport to upgrade of our room to the friendliness of the staff. We used the gym facilities everyday and we were made comfortable with the helpfulness of the beach staff. The food, cakes and drinks lived completely up to our expectations and more. We loved The Sea Salt restaurant, and went many times. The room was very modern and clean with incredibly comfortable beds. We had a fantastic stay and cant wait to be back. Many thanks to the staff for making our stay memorable.

Staff are very decent and helpful

Bardzo miła obsługa, wyremontowane i czyste pokoje, jedzenie również smaczne. Na terenie obiektu jest również kilka innych restauracji, z których można skorzystać. Jest również urocza kawiarnia z huśtawkami. W przy plaży i nie tylko jest bardzo dużo barów, każdy spragniony nie musi długo chodzić :) Ponadto co wieczór jest wieczorek dla dzieci, a później show dla dorosłych. Za dnia także jest plan atrakcji takich jak m.in. Joga.

It’s a construction site. All facilities are crammed into one building. Toilets next to the main reception were smelly and dirty - locks on the toilet doors were smashed. And there was no running water. The resort shouldn’t be open during such a large scale renovation.

Servizio perfetto, camera pulita e struttura ben organizzata

The food was amazing so much to choose from and different everyday, especially the three restaurants that were included incredible standard. The room had such a great view of the sea and the gardens were immaculate, also very spacious and great room cleaning services, again the crocodile out of towels was a great touch. The staff at the resort were fantastic long hours and went beyond and above, everyone was so helpful with our little one as well. The value for money is incredible and we will definitely go back.

Just be aware that they are revamping at the moment and you can’t independently get around if you are struggling with mobility, once the work is all done the place will be absolutely incredible.

Мы отдыхали с семьей в в отеле Pyramisa, отдых был супер))) Очень большая территория отеля, есть абсолютно все удобства три супер бассейна, коралловый риф великолепный, много разнообразных рыб, с детьми отдыхать в этом отели одно удовольствие.Персонал просто супер, ребята большие молодцы и делают свою работу на все 100% чтобы гостям было комфортно. Большая благодарность Ahmed с ресепшен, очень приятный, добрый и отзывчивый администратор который помог нам с продлением номера на несколько дней. На территории есть детский клуб с бассейном очень удобно с маленькими детьми. Еда супер, выбор большой каждый день всё свежее и вкусное повара очень стараются. На территории кроме большого главного ресторана есть ещё четыре ресторана на любой вкус. Мой муж итальянец оценил ресторан итальянской кухни который находится у моря, пицца и морепродукт очень вкусные)))) Я советую этот отель так как здесь абсолютно нет недостатков и мы обязательно ещё вернемся в этот отель. Спасибо персоналу отеля за супер отдых!!!! ОСТАВЛЯЙТЕ РЕБЯТАМ В БЛАГОДАРНОСТЬ ЧАЕВЫЕ ОНИ НА ЭТО ЗАСЛУЖИВАЮТ!!!

Premetto che ho lavorato per 20 anni, nei villaggi vacanza Valtur e Club Med, lavoro oggi nel settore turistico e dico che sono stato molto bene al Pyramisa beach resort. Assistenza al cliente ottima, gentilezza del personale fantastica, buona qualita del cibo e diversi ristoranti tra cui quello con cucina italiana (la speranza). Il resort e' molto ampio e si puo stare tranquilli in qualsiasi parte sui comodi lettini da spiaggia senza nessun disturbo. Ottima spiaggia con facile accesso al mare. Le camere sono ampie e ristrutturate. Devo ringraziare Sameh Fayed, uno dei responsabili, per la sua professionalita' ed attenzione verso TUTTI i clienti: e' sempre presente 24 ore su 24 e lo si vede dappertutto! Ringrazio il giovane Ibrahim shift leader alla reception che mi ha accolto al mio arrivo. Ringrazio il sig. Amr, molto cortese anche lui. La giovane ragazza ucraina Viktoria, alle relazioni con i clienti, molto gentile. Ripeto, tutto il personale del resort, dai camerieri, i barman a coloro che puliscono le camere sono davvero gentili e si impegnano al massimo e spero di non avere dimenticato nessuno! Ovviamente a Sharm si trovano dei resort piu' lussuosi, ma vi garantisco che il rapporto qualita' prezzo al Pyramisa e' ottimo e sarete soddisfatti sicuramente. Inoltre stanno rinnovando una parte del resort e mi hanno detto che da aprile 2024 il resort sara' ancora piu' bello. E' stato il mio primo soggiorno qui e ci ritornero' sicuramente. Consigliatissimo!

The weather, the sea, the reef and the biodiversity were amazing! The hotel is close to the airport (10 min by car) but no plane noise Lots of options for kids (the sea, pool, slides, aqua park) Food options were varied Sometimes it felt that the staff were doing their best but other times it felt they did not care, however, it may have been due to misunderstanding and culture clash

The hotel is too big, I walked 25k steps a day. It has a lot of steps and it was difficult for my elderly relatives to walk there was a bus but not frequently enough and no schedule The water in the main pool and children's aqua park is too cold They had loud construction works the whole day and even after the complaints the amount of noise was not reduced, I thought it was inconsiderate. The water in the shower did not go away (the floor does not have a slope)
