Отдыхали 2 раза в отеле этой группы (Aldau beach), в третий раз решили попробовать отдохнуть в Pure. Для сравнения - отель ментьше, новее и более уютный и современный. Персонал очень внимательный. У нас был номер с джакузи на 1 этаже, из за чего вид на море был виден только при выходе на балкон. Мы поделились своими пожеланиями с менеджером и уже в течении нескольких часов мы любовались морем не выходя из номера. Нас переселили выше :) Особая благодарность менеджеру Марии - просто умница! Помогла со всеми вопросами. У нас с мужем была годовщина, указали это при резервации одного из ресторанов аля-карта, так весь день прошел волшебно :) Начиная от украшения номера, заканчиваяя приятным сюрпризом в виде торта в ресторане. Отдельное внимание матрасам - это на самом деле очень качественная вещь. Высыпались как нигде :) Уточнили что за производитель, чтоб заказать себе такой же домой. Еда так же на очень хорошем уровне. Все свежее. Можно ходить в разные места на выбор, но нам нравился основной ресторан в нашей гостинице на последнем этаже. Повора готовят для вас индивидуально и вид великолепный :) Жезлонги на пляже - отдельное удовольсевие, как двухспальная кровать. Доступ до полотенцев без карточек. И отличный персонал на пляже - Roshdy заслуживает отдельную похвалу. Он сделал наш отдых на пляже :) Обязательно вернемся еще именно сюда и не один раз!

На самом деле такого нет. Можно искать к чему придраться, но это мелочи. Например не могли поменять деньги в автомате в гостинице, это не вина отеля, а банка... Еще в отеле есть спорт зал, достаточно хороший инветарь и оборудование, но маленький, без окон, темный и душный... Когда были осенью, было намного дольше разнообразие фруктов. Весной видно не сезон...

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer, die immer sauber sind. Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet. Der Service im Haus ist perfekt, immer freundlich und serviceorientiert. Die Lage am Strand ist ruhig.

Das Angebot an Restaurants und Bars war sehr gut und die Qualität auch. Das Personal war immer super freundlich, kleine Änderungen wurden schnell erledigt. Das Zimmer war schön groß und die "Affenschaukel" auf dem Balkon gefiel mir außerordentlich.

Die Poollandschaft ist ansprechend, wurde von uns aber wenig genutzt, da die Musik für unseren Geschmack zu laut war.

My husband and I stayed at Steigenberger Pure Life for 8 nights in late September for our honeymoon - early October 2023. We absolutely hated it and regret it. It’s hard to decide what is worse, the food or drinks. Let’s start with the food. Options within Pure Life are very limited. There’s 1 breakfast buffet that is very small. They serve incredibly stale pastries and made to order eggs, Benedict’s, etc. the made to order items create long lines, which is awkward in a small buffet space. The quality is not worth the trouble. For example, an eggs Benedict will have enormous amounts of fruits on it, and a very runny hollandaise that disappoints. Each group is allowed 1 reservation per restaurant. We tried all except one of the restaurants and they were all varying degrees of disgusting. Most of them are located in or around Aldau. If you search “Steigenberger Aldau Deaths” you will quickly find out how many incidents of EColi they’ve had in these resorts. Both my husband and I got food poisoning on 2 separate dates from 2 different items. We ate exclusively inside the resort and learned to consume bland meals and avoid any fish or seafood, which is a gateway to a long night of vomiting and diarrhea, as I learned the hard way. The hotel also refused to validate that I got food poisoning because they require a “minimum of 5% of the guests to report sickness before they will remove an item from the restaurant” - so good luck being a Guinea pig! The cleanliness standards are not up to par here with western standards. For example, they commonly recycle food and pass it from table to table. At the beach bar, I asked for a snack and the bartender said the kitchen was closed but he proceeded to combine 3 half eaten cups of nuts that had been left by other guests and pour them into 1 used cup for me to consume. If they do this in front of a guest, what are they recycling in the kitchens where we cannot see?

The Drinks: The best way I can describe these drinks is to have you imagine the lowest shelf liquor that comes in a plastic handle, dilute it with water, and then add 1 mixer of choice and that’s what you can expect as far as a cocktail from here: diluted crappy liquor with exactly 1 mixer. A mild, flavorless drink that I could better make myself. The bartenders have no idea how to make a proper drink. For example, the Mai Tai is just orange juice and rum, and the mojitos often had no mint or soda water. They were often sprite and rum. The Facilities: The rooms are not as advertised and we were disappointed here as well. Most of the good property is golf course, and the rooms are very far from the beach and even the highest 5% of rooms have mediocre views. The “ocean view suite” was really just a golf course view. The Staff: This is the part I can’t be too harsh on - they really do mean well. But their English is really poor and they can’t make a decent drink. They’re also too chatty for me and I got really tired of greeting a million staff every day. I just wanted to be a little invincible and relax. I felt like I was constantly being watched and greeted. This is not a place I would recommend, I hated coming here for my honeymoon, deeply regret it and it does not meet American 5 star resort standards. If you’re used to even American 4 start resorts, this will not meet expectations. I would say it’s a step up from a hostel at best.
