Lovely spacious room in a great location. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Jana was really helpful with directions and instructions on how to access the property and even pre-booked airport taxis for us.

Excellent central location but really quiet room just a minute from People’s Square. Easy self check in and great communication from the host.

There was nothing we didn’t like , the only improvement would be a little shelf or something in the shower for shampoo etc.

Location of the apartment is perfect. It’s in the middle of the old city. The owner was very responsive via whatsapp. Air conditioning was modern and good. Bed was comfortable.

Did not like balcony area very poor area to sit All the adjoining property’s had all there washing out It was a very uninspiring place to sit the rear private garden was however very nice.

The room was incredibly comfortable and in an excellent location for all the sights in the Old Town of Zadar and the nearby beaches. The hosts were very helpful and easy to contact for any questions about the room or the town. Can't fault it!

Perfect location for exploring Zadar, 30 seconds from the peoples square. very clean / modern / secure property with every facility you would require and expect. We arrived late into Zadar, the host was very accommodating and aided with a smooth online check in and made everything very simple.

Renovations going on next door , so noisy & very dusty would go back once the work was completed as it is a great location , you can walk to all attractions & the beach, Jana was lovely she organised our taxi to pick us up & drop us off and was at hand if we needed anything

The Well is a great central base for a trip to Zadar. You’re only a minute away from Narodni Trg (the main square) and five minutes at most from the Roman Forum. We were pleased with the room itself - spacious bed, bedside plugs, smart TV, fridge, excellent shower, fast wifi. It felt like a more luxurious hotel room but you are contained within an apartment block.

The only issue we had was that there was lots of noise from people in the surrounding buildings first thing every morning - people shouting conversations across the courtyard from window to window. If you’re an early riser this probably won’t bother you and I wouldn’t let it put you off.

Great location, just around the corner you got tons of great restaurants, pubs, etc. Best for people who (like us) would like to eat well, enjoy the beauty of old town and love walks thru the small streets full of secrets :)

It's really not common when I simply can't complain on anything! We arrived very much before time and it was not a problem for the owner, we took the keys from the locker straight away after arrival! Amazing customer care!

Maria was such a great host happy to help in anyway she could we didn't arrive at the appartment till 23.30 but she was there to let us in show us the appartment and the spent over 20 min explaining local food restaurants sightseeing and organised a taxi for us when we left ( btw anyone reading this and thinking Of going to Zadar which is amazing please be aware that if you haven't arranged a taxi from the airport you could be ripped off I was I paid 3 time for my taxi in to Zadar than I paid for the return ) So thanks again Maria

Maria our host was great, she is clearly very passionate about Zadar and gave us some interesting facts and local recommendations, these were brilliant and I know that her advice made us have a better holiday. The apartment was lovely, very cosy and clean. Water for us in the fridge on arrival, hot drinks etc. A nice little courtyard where my girlfriend and I could relax and dodge the hot sun for a short while! Excellent air con, heating etc. Locally, The Sea Organ has to be one of my favourite attractions ever! It was great to listen to. The apartment was very centraly located and easy to get to and find. Also, Maria has a storage facility for when you need to leave luggage before your flight - she was very helpful in terms of offering a later check-out and this storage. Maria really helped to make our experience in Zadar more enjoyable.

There was nothing we did not like. It was a little pricier than some other apartments locally but it was very nice so was worth paying. Only issue was could not find a single English TV channel to catch up on news back home or just chill and watch whislt one of us was getting ready to go out. Many of the usual channels appeared blocked, but you don't go on hoiday to watch TV!

We loved the apartment! it is big, very clean and modern and has really nice furniture. The bathroom is also quite big and even has daylight. In general, we loved that the room was so bright! The host Maria organized a shuttle from the airport for us but also gave us extremely helpful tips. Another big plus is that the rooms is extremely quiet but literally in the middle of the city centre!
