You house was perfect for our family of 6 who was there for my daughters wedding in Huntsville. The furnishings were beautiful, beds amazingly comfortable and kitchen well-equipped for cooking for us and other family members who joined us for meals. We enjoyed the pool area and BBQ and the pool table. We enjoyed every corner of the house. The grounds were amazing. It was a happy family time that will be remembered! I would suggest a few items for the kitchen: dish towels, hot pads, broom and dust pan.

Had a room coordination problem on first day and a bug problem in kitchen and bedroom. Owner took immediate action to fix. Bugs destroyed about $40 of food on first night. Great home and very professional management company. A very impressive home and amenities were as advertised.

Very beautiful grounds and house. It was perfect for our big family and pup. Definitely close to many of the attractions the city has to offer. I do think it is a little over priced due to a few issues with the house. We had a few plumbing issues but it was quickly resolved. The only downside was due to the heavy rain, we had a lot of ants in one part of the house and certain furniture/light fixtures were broken. Overall great stay.

The home is on the corner of two semi-busy roads, but is on such a huge lot that it was not a problem. The home and grounds were very well-maintained. Pool was clean and refreshing. Perfect location for all wedding activity that was happening all weekend.

The Apperson House is the perfect mix of fancy and comfortable. We had a large group and it never felt like we were on top of each other. Great kitchen to cook with with your group. The pool is perfect. We were in town on some of the hottest days of the year, and pool hit the spot. Location is great with choices of grocery stores and restaurants very close. 5 Stars - Would recommend.

This home is conveniently located to everything you need but felt private because of the large lawn and trees surrounding the house. The pool was a hit with my family. The pool towels were very appreciated. We would stay here again.

Great property for a relaxing family gathering. It is also in a convenient location to do just about anything the area has to offer. We spent most of our time in the pool but could have used a tv in some of the bedrooms on days it rained especially with such a large group but we would definitely stay again!

Our stay was great. Our kids had their own space and then we had a place for family time. The location is close to lots of restaurants and shopping and Huntsville Trash Pandas.We would stay at this location any time we are in this area.

We were in town for a wedding and as seasoned “Vrbo-ers”- we look for homes with room to gather and visit. With many conversation areas, this home had more than enough space for us to do just that.
All the bedrooms had comfy king beds with great linens and pillows.
We didn’t cook much, but if we reached for it, it was there in the kitchen.
The home has been tastefully renovated and the furnishings fit perfectly with its antique charm.
Location was ideal for us - close to family, venues, but also grocery, gas, restaurants.
Not the season for outdoor activities, but should you need it, the place is stocked with your outdoor needs- the pool area looked great.
If ever in the area again, this home will be first on our list.
The ONLY negative any of us had was the Keurig side of coffee pot was defective. Quick fix, with the grocery nearby, we picked up the old fashioned ground and were happy

There were several personal photos throughout the property that did not provide a warming or welcoming feeling for all people. I am not sure if the deco was changed for a Halloween/Fall Theme, but it was inappropriate. We did not stay the night or the weekend. We immediately contacted the property manager, but no resolve was provided. I would not recommend this property.

Property was clean with plenty of living space for 6 adults. Used the property to hold a Quarterly meeting off site for an 8 person management team, 6 stayed at the house. Perfect outdoor area to get away and relax. Add is a little deceptive as rates are not based on the whole property only certain rooms. We would definitely rent again!

My husband and I rented this property for ourselves and teenager to stay/work/study while our younger child was a Space Camp in Huntsville. It was a great week. House has an easy flow, the pool was perfect for the teen and the WiFi worked great for us to be able to work remotely. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the property manager was quick to respond when we had a question. Location was perfect too - groceries and food a minute away and mall just a short drive away.

I highly recommend Apperson House. This year was my second time to rent the property. It is great for larger groups of people.
