We had the best time! House was amazing and perfect for our family, clean and super close to the river! We walked there every day. We will definitely be back!!

Guys weekend to celebrate a friend getting married. Place was clean, plenty of room for the 8 of us. Shuffleboard could use a rehab. Great place to stay!

This property is awesome. Whether a family reunion, team meeting, fishing expedition on the White or Buffalo river, look no further. Amazing space with all the bells and whistles. The ownership and their team were awesome. Sleeps so many comfortably! Accommodating to requests. So very nice. This property is 2 minutes from Cotter Trout Dock and minutes away from some solid restaurants. We cooked steaks on the grill, and some other meals in their spacious kitchen. Communication with property team members was very attentive and quick. No delays. Thank you so much for a great experience. Angie was great helping us with questions. Jeff as well.

Small quiet town setting right on the river and the lodge is about 1/2 a mile from the spring park which has a boat launch with a little bait shop and a nice swimming hole set up with a rope swing. Lodge was clean and manager was friendly and helpful. Shiffleboard table is a bit rough if you're a big fan, but definitely an awesome place to stay and everyone we dealt with were very nice, polite, and helpful.

12 of us came here for a weekend trip. Property was big enough for all, it was clean and the check in process was easy.
The only issue was that the shuffleboard table could use a little love… but that won’t keep us from coming back!
Quiet area in town and we were about 2 minutes to the river. Made it super easy to get down there and fish.

We had a great experience at the Firehouse. We rented this property and also the Miser Lodge next door for our family Thanksgiving and we could not have been more happy! Both properties were extremely clean, the kitchen was huge, the bedrooms were very nice and comfortable and there were plenty of extra blankets. Communication with Angel the manager was excellent. We definitely would stay again!

My husband and I celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with our family at the Firehouse in Cotter, AR. It was our first time to rent a VRBO and it was a wonderful experience! The Firehouse was spacious, clean, and comfortable with all needed amenities. We loved having two dishwashers since our group numbered eleven. The host was excellent; very quick to respond when we had questions. We loved the Cotter area, the spring-fed swimming hole, the river, the historic homes, and the nearness of great food. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely hope we can stary in Cotter again!

We go to this area ever year to canoe the Buffalo River. Part of our tradition is eating at Razorback BBQ in Yellville, getting pizza from Nima’s in Gasville and playing in the Spring at Cotter. The Firehouse was conveniently located for all of these!

Great family reunion house
We loved our time in this house. Extremely clean and accommodating for large groups. Loved the large amount of kitchen seating. We had other family members staying down the street and could walk back and forth and down to the river and big spring park. Great vacation.

Summer Fish Trip
Joey was an excellent host! This is our 2nd trip to the firehouse on the white river, and as always Joey did not disappoint. Excellent service with an excellent host! Thoroughly enjoyed staying and will definitely be back!

We have scheduled another stay at The Fire House next month with our grandsons. BTW, we have been fishing out of Cotter Dock for 18 years and have never been disappointed with any of our guided fishing trips. This property and Cotter Dock float trip makes a perfect short vacation.
