This property was amazing. It was in a great location right on the water and had such beautiful views. The home was well stocked and was plenty big enough for our whole family which was 9 adults and 4 kids. The whole thing was great and I will definitely look into booking it again. The owner was great to work with as well!

We were thrilled to find the property decorated inside and out for our family Christmas gathering. Every possible amenity was provided, including more than adequate cookware, sharp and useful knives, hand soap, trash bags, paper goods etc. We greatly enjoyed fishing together from the boathouse. I’ve rented many houses in various places and this was hands down the best rental experience I’ve ever had. Thanks to Catherine for the special touches and responsiveness during our holiday!

We rented this house for my wedding weekend and it was absolutely amazing. The TV wasn’t working and the owner drove out of his way to come fix it! The owners were very responsive and the house was stunning!

This was a great property for our family vacation. We were supposed to have 8 adults and 5 children. One family was not able to come due to illness. There was plenty of room for the number of people originally scheduled to come. The kitchen is well stocked.
The only thing I would change is that the shade in the front bedroom is too thin. We ended up not using that room because one family did not come.
We would like to come back sometime during warm weather when we can take advantage of the lake more.

The pictures, as great as they are, do NOT do justice for this house! As soon as I walked in that feeling that came over me was incredible! The screened in porch was so peaceful! This place is wonderful! Very well stocked and equipped. If you’re bringing your boat the boat ramp is minutes from the house! The TV set up is a little difficult if not familiar with the system, would have liked more detailed instructions but we weren’t there to watch tv. We had a great weekend!

The property was in excellent shape and the layout of the house was a perfect fit for our group. Kitchen was a great size and well stocked with all the cookware, china, and utensils you could need. Very nice bathrooms and bedrooms. Enjoyable stay at a quality property.

This house provided the perfect place on beautiful Lake Guntersville for our family get away! Plenty of beds, a roomy kitchen, and space for dining both inside and out. The screened in porch provided us with the perfect place for adult evenings of games and music. Everyone
enjoyed the roomy boat dock, where the kids spent hours of fun in the lake. The swim pad was enjoyed by all. I can highly recommend this wonderful property!!

A group of friends and I stayed here during a golf trip. The house is ideal for large groups. The location is beautiful. Amenities are great. The only negative is we weren't aware we had to supply our own propane for the gas grill so had to refill the empty propane tank in order to grill nightly as we had planned. Everything else was wonderful.

This house was perfect for a vacation with our young adult kids and a couple of friends. The house is beautiful and comfortable! The kitchen is well stocked and has a large island. The large tables inside and out are great for meals and games. The layout is great for quality time together. The dock is great! Partially covered so everyone could sit and visit, choosing whether they wanted to be in the sun or not. Catherine was very responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful place to spend a week fishing and enjoying the Guntersville area. The house is beautiful and has everything you could ever need for your vacation. Catherine and Blake were extremely responsive to any questions or issues that arose. We were able to tie our boats up to the dock with numerous outlets for overnight charging. We are looking forward to staying at the house again next March. Thank you Blake and Catherine for sharing your beautiful home with us!

This home was comfortable, close to town, nice neighborhood, and a beautiful view of the lake. We came over Christmas so didn’t get to enjoy the porches, but we had a wonderful time, plus it snowed.

We spent our weekend celebrating Christmas early. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Guntersville is beautiful and this home was even more amazing than we expected! Everything was so organized and so clean! The boys loved the fishing dock! We want to try to return when it’s warmer! If not, we have definitely found our forever home for our family Christmas!

Our family of nine enjoyed celebrating Thanksgiving together in this beautiful spacious home. We loved the beautiful kitchen and living room area where we could all spend time together. The guys especially enjoyed spending time fishing. We could watch the the beautiful sunrise from the porch or enjoy an afternoon nap. Plenty of room for parking too.

Beautiful home. Clean and comfortable. The owners have thought of almost everything one could need. We only needed a corkscrew, but, fortunately, my husband happened to have brought his Swiss Army knife.

Our family throughly enjoyed this house! It was perfect for the weekend. I was so pleasantly surprised how well stocked with the extras that I usually bring when I rent a place like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, washing detergent etc! This vacation rental is exactly as it is shown.Clean and easy access!Any questions Catherine is very quick to respond.There were 10 in our party and we were very comfortable in this house.Kitchen is very well stocked with anything you could need. The out side is just as amazing. Plenty of room for children to play and the boathouse dock is great for fishing and swimming!!Will definitely be booking this house again next year!!

This is the second year in a row we’ve stayed at this property. It is perfect for our family vacation. The house is so nicely decorated and equipped. Plenty of towels, cooking utensils, plates, cups, glasses. Ice machine is awesome! The upstairs is the perfect area for the kiddos. The yard is nice and pretty flat. Great for family yard games. The boat house is a great place to hang out, with nice shade. Our group couldn’t come up with any suggested improvements….again, it’s PERFECT!

The place was very clean and well kept and had all the amenities. It also had great parking. Wonderful family vacation. We have already booked it again for next year.

Most years we go to Guntersville but have struggled to find consistent lodging with good parking for trucks/trailers and a pier big enough to tie up our boats. THIS. PLACE. HAS. IT. ALL. We will 100% return here every year that this place is on VRBO. So much parking, so many beds, huge boat house, huge kitchen and dining area. This place is perfect.
