It was accurately described in the listing. Parking was on an incline and the leaves made this very difficult and slippery. The leaves were pulled pretty high on the deck also - but if you don't mind wading through piles of leaves the stay was decent. There was plenty of room for my kids to spread out and have fun.

I've rented lots of places though vrbo and this one is hands down the worse place I've stayed, they put no effort or money into upkeep on this house, everything is falling apart.

Worse vacation so far. This home did not live up to VRBO standards. Bugs in the rooms, spiders with webs (with spiders on them) in house, wasps outside, broken beds, broken couch, broken kitchen chairs, the kitchen counter was broken and actually tore my daughters shirts. Both refrigerators did not keep food cold (watermelon spoiled in refrig), dishwasher leaked, washer did not work right, actually owner had contacted us to say it didn't work at all and would not be fixed till after we left but it ended up if you put something heavy on the lid it worked. The stairs were not elder friendly at all, didn't leave passes for the any of the activities at the resort so we had to go find them ourselves. The deck at the west end was rotted and they actually had it blocked off. We didn't even had enough towels for all of us to take showers, thank goodness we had brought our own beach towels. Back to the bugs, we think the bedroom had bed bugs, the trim behind the one bed was filthy. We actually stripped the beds in that room and moved the bed and vacuumed. Under the bed was candy wrappers, cheese wrappers and a sports bra. When we got ready to leave we had no clue on where to take the garbage. We road around the resort until we found a dumpster. Our daughter, granddaughter and my sister ended up leaving on Thursday since they were all eaten up with bug bites. I took pictures of what we think we bed bugs on the mattress. I have never given a bad review with any other rental we've ever had. Usually VRBO place are very good if not excellent. We have been going to Fairfield Bay for over 30 years and I was in tears by the time we left this time, because everyone was so miserable.

The check in and check out process was very easy. Beautiful property. We really enjoyed ourselves. Would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. The property is very conveniently located.

A lot of up and down steps and driveway. Not muck room for parking. Need some up keep and yard needed mowing. The house was clean and comfortable. Had a good time.

Once your there … some how some way …. Get out on this very special lake ! It’s something to behold … The marina is top notch. Brand new boats … you will not regret it ever !! I’ll always love this lake !

The worked very well for us. We were there playing golf and enjoyed ourselves. Although the house is probably better suited for lake activities because of it's proximity to the marina, it still meet our needs.
