This was a great spot for a group of guys on a football weekend. Enjoyed the lake, the peacefulness of the property, and easy access to Tuscaloosa. Lots of room and had everything we needed. One night we cooked on the grill and ate outside in the beautiful setting. Just a great place. Whitney is very responsive and provided everything we needed.

Perfect for family gathering during our Iron Bowl weekend. Close enough to UA but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of game weekend crowds. Relaxing!

We were in town from Florida for a family wedding. We were looking for an alternative of 4 hotel rooms and certainly found it with this fabulous lake house. It fit the 9 of us perfectly. Short drive to down town. Beautiful lake view. Fully stocked kitchen. Comfy beds! The owners were very gracious and left us some goodies. Highly recommend.

This house couldn't have worked out better for our group. We traveled in for an Alabama game and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Stocking up was a breeze with a Publix barely a half-mile away, and getting to campus was an easy 15-minute drive.
The check-in process was simple and we found the house ready for us with clean linens, plenty of clean towels, and room to spread out. A bonus was the mini-fridge being stocked with soft drinks and bottled water along with a nice welcome note and supplies.
This isn't one of the listings where the interior pictures are done from creative angles, thus making a very small space look bigger. Our group of 7 grown men had plenty of room to hang out, sleep comfortably, and enjoy our time without being on top of one another.
The real treat is the back patios. Whether it was making dinner on one of the two high-end grills or hanging out and catching up on the large deck overlooking the lake, we were never lacking.
We didn't take advantage of the water, but lake access via the attached dock would definitely be on the agenda if it were the summer.
No issues occurred during our trip, and the couple of times I did have a question, the owner was quick and responsive via the app.
Our group had a great time and I couldn't recommend this rental higher!

We enjoyed our stay and the house was big enough to accommodate our group. We didn’t get to enjoy the lake due to Alabama activities but it was a very nice view. I was amazed at the hospitality that the property manager had for there guest. It will be a spot to remember for future trips.

We rented this house because my daughter was graduating college and thought it would be a nice place to have a family get together and celebrate. It was about a 15 minute ride to downtown, campus and all the fun UA events. Publix was right down the street which made it very convenient. It was nice sitting on the deck relaxing, having your morning coffee, looking out at the lake or having cocktails at night. Overall it was excellent. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this property to anyone. The hosts were wonderful and easy to reach when I had questions or asked for recommendations on places to eat. I plan a return trip sometime in the future.

Great place for large family get together
Great Lake house with plenty of room for a large family or group get together. Everything needed was in the house, and tons of deck space - the best deck was the boat dock. Close to UA, 3 minutes to Publix, liquor store, gas, C-store. Excellent communication from the owners. We will be back. Thank you.

Lake TIme!
We had a wonderful time and the owners were amazing, they took us on a boat ride and let us borrow their tube for the boat we rented it made the girls trip so much better! Thank you

Great Family Vacation Spot
We picked this house as a mid-way point for family coming from Dallas and Florida during the pandemic. The house was adorable and had great space for our family and all of the kids. The downstairs ping pong table was a hit and we had so much fun spending our days on the lake. The rooms were spacious and gave us plenty of room so we weren't all on top of eachother. The steps the to dock were a bit daunting (there are 88 to be exact :) but it was a good workout and just meant that we had to be more thoughtful about what we brought when we went down to the lake. This is how all of the houses on the lake are though, so it's not specific to this one house.

Weekend getaway for game day
Great house! 15 minutes away from the stadium and downtown. The lake and deck was great to lounge and just hang with friends.

Amazing, relaxing time
This home was a fantastic to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday and Father’s Day! There was ample space inside, although we spent most of our time on the balconies and the dock! Would defiantly stay here again!

We enjoyed some great family time and made good memories for graduation weekend. We had room for everyone to visit and relax. Close to campus but away from the crowds. Thanks for a great get away.

Tucked away treasure on the lake
Great place! We stayed here for our daughter's graduation and it was perfect. Had lots of room for all of us, 2 living areas and only 10 minutes from campus. I I would highly recommend this place for sure!!!

The place was perfect for our group of 14! It was a perfect place to relax and hang with the family but close to town to be able to enjoy UA and attend the Iron Bowl we would stay again

Perfect place to enjoy a Bama weekend with a large group
This lake House was the perfect fit for our group. We had a large group of 12 friends up for a Bama game. The house has everything you need and is as advertised! Everyone had a comfortable bed with good cozy sheets and pillows. The house and deck have a great view of the lake. Kitchen is well stocked and the owners are so great to work with. They provide a stocked beverage fridge as well as some delicious coffee. We decided to take Uber to and from the game so we could enjoy our tailgating!! Was easy ride there and back.
The owners are easy to work with before during and after our stay.

Great Rental
It really is a beautiful home on Lake Tuscaloosa, the location was great, so we could do things at the University. The house is very spacious and slept 4 adults and 4 kids with plenty of room to spare. It was really nice that there was chairs and floats down at the dock. Kids loved having the ping pong table. The owners were so nice to stock the beverage fridge for us. We will definitely stay here again if we are in town.

Great location, amazing view and helpful owners!
From great communication with the owner, before and during the trip, to a stocked beverage refrigerator and local coffee, this rental was great for a football weekend with extended family. Plenty of room for children and adults alike, my large group of 14 never felt crowded! The propane grill was a nice touch and helped us prepare a couple of our meals. The kitchen is well stocked with just about everything you need. We won't hesitate to stay here again when the time comes!

What we needed & much more!
The lake house had all the comforts of home and all the added touches that made it feel like a true getaway! Whitney was so helpful and gracious during our stay. The kitchen was great to cook in, beds were comfy, and a full beverage fridge was an added blessing. Just minutes from our Bama student so we could enjoy the campus, but was also a nice retreat to whisk her away to before starting finals. Will be staying here again!

Great Graduation Weekend Home
My family found the perfect place to gather together for our daughter's graduation this past weekend. The Hubbards have a beautiful home on the lake, close to campus with plenty of room for extended family to all stay together. A stocked beverage refrigerator and a welcome bottle of wine added to the celebration. There is a lot of sitting room, a closet full of games to play, televisions everywhere and comfortable beds to rest in.I plan to rent again in a couple of years when child number two graduates from Bama as well!
