Location is pretty good - close to 7-11

The living room on first floor, the rooms are in the ground floor. There is a stairs that too close with the sofa, a little bit dangerous with kids running around

Very nice villa , super spacious and great facilities.

No place to hang your towel after use.

Very clean and modern villa. Fully automated check in checkout. The rooms were great and we enjoyed - 4 of us in the family. Two toilets is rare in apartments in Japan and this one had that. It was very useful. The brushing or handwash area is also separate from the bathroom. That also allows more people to get ready in parallel. The kitchen area was just exceptional. There were all the necessary ingredients for us to make breakfast and even one dinner. The fridge was big, cutlery was also very good. All in all, a wonderful experience in a quiet villa. There was also a balcony on top that had views of the mountains. The 7-11 and coin laundry next door is super convenient. Ample towels and toiletries were also given.

Location was a bit far from the Mt Fuji train station. We had to drag so many bags twice. But that's not the villa's fault. I had checked and the location was a little far. Missed a rice cooker and a washer dryer though.

The location was great and close to the Mt. Fuji Station and convenience store. The view from the balcony could enjoy the Mt. Fuji easily. The space is spacious and great for 4 adults.

-The bathing area would need to have more baskets, shelves, hanger or hooks for customers to put their clothes during bathing or changing clothes. -Only mirror inside the bathing area is not enough, have a mirror in the living area would be nice. -No cleaning service within the stay. Not sure about the waste handling, e.g. food waste, if more explanation would be better.
