Beautiful location and great facilities. Pool was nice and warm. Games room well equipped and free use of tennis and golf equipment.
Sadly the double bed was not particularly comfortable. Water pressure was too low for the dishwasher to complete a cycle but plenty of hot water.

Ideal for photographers, families with small children and those who need to get away from the pressures of daily living and who wish to relax in a beautiful, quiet countryside location. Includes an indoor swimming pool and a games room. Close to Rhayader and the Kite Feeding Farm.
Only accessible via a long single track road with few passing places. There is poor quality Wifi available in communal areas (a pay phone is available at Reception). Be prepared to be off grid! The cottages are strictly speaking 'rural apartments' - bear this in mind if you have accessibility issues. Make sure you bring everything you need. There is no welcome pack. Nearest pub is a 20 minute drive away.

The Cottage itself was amazly cosey. It was super clean and supplys everything you need. The location was beautiful and so peaceful. The pool was nice and games room was okay. The bed was super comfy.
No Wifi in room, but wasnt missed. Had to take own rubbish out, and strip the bed.

Stunning views, very comfortable and well equipped rooms. Kitchen has quality pots, pans and utensils. Heated pool, sauna and games room were fabulous. Highly recommend!

The cottage was beautiful, clean and cosy. We stayed in Kite 1 cottege. Surroundings were spectacular, so peaceful. We were lucky with the weather, but even if the weather would not be great, we would not be bored. The games room and swimming would filled our day.
The Internet connection was poor, but I assume it it is because of the position of the cottages in the valley.

Very clean, staff were friendly, place is beautiful. O loved the calm and peace, also the wake up calls from the birds.
Unfortunately (or fortunately?) there is no mobile signal or internet. Also, the closest village is about 20 min from there so we needed to be very prepared for any emergencies as we have 3 kids.

I couldn't of asked for a more relaxing break, everything you need and more for a break away from everything, would highly recommend, the staff were fantastic and facilities were spot on! Thanks again!
That I only had 2 nights there and not longer, I could of stayed the whole week.

Really friendly staff, who were always willing to help. Loved having access to the pool and lots of lovely outdoor space to enjoy.
Although there was WiFi in the communal areas, it would be nice to have this in our cottage. Think the information book could do with a little updating (some of the places that are suggested to eat are no longer open or are limited to serving food on certain days).

Our cottage was well equipped and lovely and warm. The pool was a little cooler this year ...but unfortunately bills are higher I suppose.. our front door was bit hard to shut but it was very cold and warping happens .all in all we had a wonderful weekend again for my daughters birthday .it was lovely to play in the snow and see the beautiful, stunning views .AMAZING. thank you

Great Location Beautiful Surroundings And Lovely Property The hosts were really friendly and accommodating.
They could have installed WIFi Extenders that boost mobile signals all the cottages and get network in the rooms. Fridge was non responsive as the bulb was out so didn’t know if it was working or not .

Clean comfortable and well equipped accommodation. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Enjoyed time in the pool and the sauna but the location itself was the most spectacular feature.
I'm already looking to return with extended family!

Loved the location and it was a gorgeous quiet place to stay with easy access to The Elan Valley. The bed was comfy and the lady that greeted us was lovely. I'd definitely come back.

We stayed in the raven cottage. Every where was brilliantly clean, the cottage was warm and cozy and the perfect setting for a break from the city life.
The facilities were fantastic, the pool, the sauna and the games room.
would highly recommend and shall return in the Future.

The cottage was comfortable and warm.
Water pressure is not very good. Could not get hot water to run a bath, but it did not affect us as we could use shower.

Peace and tranquility beautiful location. Lots to do enjoyed spending time with family. Facilities excellent. Will definitely be returning at some point.

Great little get away, set in beautiful surroundings and very comfortable. Great if you like walking and happy to drive to nearby sights. We used the cottage as a base to explore nearby Wales. We had a wonderful time and the cottage was perfect for our needs.

Tucked out the way, lovely location and cottage. Very clean with all you need for self catering. The heated pool was lovely and nice to have access to a range of dvds for when the weather isn't too great and you want to stay in.
Can't fault it. Definitely recommend

Amazing location and value for money. If you are happy to disconnect from the mainstream (quite literally because there is zero WiFi / mobile phone signal here) then this is a perfect retreat. I went with my 3 children (14,12,8) and all of us definitely want to return
