Kubba Roonga Guesthouse exceeded all our expectations, the ambiance of the property was delightful. The English-style gardens created a serene and picturesque setting that enhanced our overall experience. It was a pleasure to stroll through the well-maintained grounds and take in the beauty of the surroundings. The customer service we received was impeccable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly and made to feel welcome. The attention to detail and the personalized touches, added a touch of luxury to our stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our time at the BnB. The location of Kubba Roonga Guesthouse was ideal. Being within a short distance of Blackheath Village allowed us easy access to shopping and dining options. Additionally, the proximity to the World Heritage Blue Mountains National Park provided us with the opportunity to explore the breathtaking natural beauty of the area. One of the highlights of our stay was the spa bath in our room. It provided a perfect way to unwind and relax after a day of exploring. The indulgent experience added an extra level of luxury to our stay, and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Overall, our stay at Kubba Roonga Guesthouse exceeded our expectations in every way. Breakfast adequate & plentiful . Fresh fruit appreciated. Being able to use the facilities for self supplied evening meal a bonus. . Bed very comfortable, heating excellent. walk in shower appreciated by us..(spa not requested) Complimentary bottle of wine being a returning guest pleasant surprise, Chris went out of his way to ensure our stay was enjoyable Daily papers available in the comfortable lounge areas. Overall, accomodation very good. Nice time of the year with all the autumn colours. Garden would be a picture in spring (& when snowed!!) Plenty of restaurants nearby... & much more peaceful than busier areas of Blue Mountains

Think breakfast should be advertised "as included"...not complimentary. Devonshire tea was nice, but my misunderstanding, I thought it was complimentary. Nothing else to add!

The house was beautifully decorated, very homey, cozy and comfortable. It definitely has that go-back-in-time, relaxing, slow phase atmosphere which we all need to escape from our everyday life. Love the music !

Quiet and peaceful. Although the room was small we were able to use the other rooms in the guest house . It was especially relaxing to sit by the fire in the lounge room.The bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent.

Previous reviews had mentioned a cooked breakfast but it was no longer offered. Although the continental breakfast was adequate, a cooked breakfast should also have been offered , as the cost to stay at Kubba Roonga was quite expensive.
