May 2019We stayed here with our 2 young children and our extended family for several days and absolutely loved it. The house is beautifully decorated and very spacious. The pool and hot tub were amazing, so if you have little kids, they can easily play and swim with ease.
We did not have a single bee issue at this home FYI. I booked this home back in October 2018 based on the amazing reviews and they still seem to hold true May 2019! The pool and patio area are fantastic - perfect for swimming and laying in the sun. The kitchen is lovely and stocked with any tool/item you may need, but just be aware if you cook, you will need to buy all the basics (olive oil, etc) as there is nothing besides salt and pepper there for you. Management did let us know ahead of time. Definitely book it for the beautiful, well-decorated, luxury detail and views. We already booked it again for a future stay!

Sep 2016We rented this home for a family vaycay and it was PERFECT. The home was in close proximity to shopping, dinning, and grocery stores. The city views are to die for. The amenities that this home has to offer are fantastic. We loved everything about it and will continue to make it a family tradition to rent this beautiful home in the future!

Aug 2016We love coming to visit Scottsdale for the scenery and hiking and this villa provided scenic views on top of the famous Camelback Mountain in Scottsdale. This rental suited us well as its very modern with the newest design trends and the view is breathtaking. The sunsets lit up the sky and is a very romantic setting. Great for groups that are couples and those who like to "stay up top". We used a chef that the owner recommended to us and it really was a nice touch to the entire trip. 2 thumbs up from our group and we will be coming back again!

Oct 2016We had the most wonderful time staying at this HolidayRental home. The home was well equipped, had beautiful views and was incredibly clean! It was a wonderful way to start the day by looking out of the bedroom window at the mountains. Our daughter swam every day and the pool was very clean and warm enough. The furnishings were incredibly comfortable and we felt just like we were at home. This would be the perfect home for a family vacation, golf trip or ladies week. And even better for an extended stay. We were so sad to have to leave. Excited to stay at this HolidayRental.com home again!

Nov 2022We flew in on thanksgiving and the management company was great meeting us during holiday and even bringing over pac n play and a stroller for our baby. The view from all rooms is breathtaking-especially at night it alone is worth the price. If any suggestion to be made is probably having usb outlets and more paper towels for cleanup , otherwise amenities were great and everything that was needed. Highly recommend!!

A pool table, foosball, hot tub, covered pool, and various board games were all there to use. The beds were firm but comfortable, the kitchen stocked, and the fireplace warm. The views were fabulous. We highly recommend.

Aug 2016This home was absolutely wonderful! We had 9 people in our group and there was more than enough room for all of us. Beds were very comfortable and cozy to sleep on, heated pool was perfect for when we swam at night, and the location couldn't have been any better!
I highly recommend booking this home with HolidayRental.com and already booked my next trip come November!!

The only thing I wish was different was maybe a fire pit in the backyard, it would be nice to watch the sun set by a fire. The house was very modern, and was great for a romantic getaway. The maid was super nice, and we also had someone check us into the property. Great vacation in Arizona, renting another property from HolidayRental in Payson next month!

Sep 2022Seldom a property not only lives up to expectations but exceeds it! The promo video is great and got us excited but the property itself blew us away! Tyler was outstanding and was very timely with replying to any questions and made the stay that much better. They also go above and beyond by stocking the fringe with a few "essentials" to get your stay started on the right foot. We will 100% be back.

May 2019Oh, did we not mention the bees! Nothing against bees, but when the property manager doesn’t tell you ahead of time about the seasonal bee invasion that renders the pool area useless we felt like we’d been scammed.
Disappointing to say the least. We planned for a fun spring break vacation with our kids and picked this property specifically for the pool. When it’s north of 90 degrees everyday, water is an outdoor necessity. Unfortunately after spending just a few minutes hanging by pool the bees would start buzzing around. A few at first, then minutes later they’d be buzzing around in mass. Our kids felt terrorized and eventfully just refused to go near the pool. As potential solution, one property manager suggested that we turn the bee nuisance it into a learning opportunity for our children on how to not be afraid of bees. It wasn’t just too much for our kids, we also found ourselves constantly swatting away the bees, and ultimately no more pool time after the first day. Don’t get me started on the bee stings.
Property management did drop off a spray bottle for us to spritz the plants with bee repellant and at another point added some salt to the pool. Neither remedy had any effect on the bee activity. Our issue isn’t with nature, it’s with management company. They are quite aware of the bee population in the area and have history managing this property and others in the area. Bummer that they chose not to make us aware of the this issue prior to booking.
The house was nice and so was the view, but since we couldn’t use the pool we found ourselves scrambling to make alternative plans for our kids and taking on the additional costs and time.
We were also warned by one of the partners of the management company that if we planned on writing a bad review that there would be repercussions across the Internet for myself and my wife. Not really sure what that means, but i guess it’ll be a learning opportunity for us. In the end, Drew, the co owner of Revana Reality, finally agreed to partially refund our payment. Unfortunately, the check never arrived and he hasn’t returned our phone call.
FYI: this is the 10th VRBO experience and first review.

Nov 2017Loved this place. Amazing and chic interior decor. Unbelievable views (both sunrise and sunset) of the entire phoenix area and south mountain range in particular. Also loved the guest house in particular--'main' guest should consider it, though the master suite is really cool too. The hot tub was great as was the outdoor BBQ. The service was also exceptional with the daily tidy up making it seem more like a luxury hotel than your average VRBO.
Can't say enough good things about and definitely nothing to complain about.

Feb 2018I just returned from staying at this house with 11 girlfriends and we can’t wait to go back!
This house was spotless and well maintained with plenty of extras like pool towels, wine refrigerator, enormous range, BBQ grill, hairdryer, washer / dryer and so much more – they thought of everything! There was tons of space and the views are incredible! You will find many places outside on the deck or at the pool to watch the sunset and just take in the breathtaking scenery. All the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms are HUGE, and the daily housekeeping service was the icing on the cake!
This house was the perfect size for a group of 10-12 people. It was a convenient to OldTown, hiking trails, coffee shop, grocery store, and the airport. All the communication prior and during the trip was answered promptly and super accommodating.

Aug 2016I can't speak more highly of this home, the location or the owners/managers. My family and I stayed here while we were in town for a wedding. The house is beautiful and tastefully decorated - anything you'd need for a long stay is on-site making it feel like a home away from home. The views are amazing, it's close to both Scottsdale and the very hip Arcadia area of Phoenix. Ubers seem to be within minutes any time we requested and it's a short drive from the airport. So many great restaurants and golf close by. It happened to be my mother's birthday while we were in town - Ryan offered amazing suggestions for dinner and deserts, and the best spots for catching some those famous Arizona sunsets! If our travels bring us back to the Phoenix / Scottsdale area - I'll be sure to stay at this location!!
