May 2019We were a group of 18 (adults and kids mixed in) for the Memorial Day weekend that became a memorable weekend.
The entire property is professionally maintained, with fully equipped kitchen, well supplied linens and toiletries.
Manicured lawns were great for sports that could be a followed by a relaxing soak in the 2 hot tubs. We would probably go back there again, soon.

Aug 2021We had a nice and relaxing time. The house is huge with a lot of rooms and very suitable for a big group. The hot tubs were definitely popular. The dryer was broken the whole time we were there. We enjoyed our stay.

Jul 2020We had an amazing stay at this house. The pictures did not do it justice. The living area upstairs is incredibly spacious and afforded us a lot of opportunity to relax. The bedrooms were all a great size and again gave us a lot of room. Would definitely recommend, and we are already planning our next trip back!

Mar 2019This was the perfect house for a large group. We went for a work retreat with 16 of us and there was plenty of space. It was extremely clean with all towels and linens. Kitchen was very big and equipped with everything you could need. Living area was large with 3 large comfortable leather couches and with 20+ person dining table. The two hot tubs were perfect we used both the indoor one and the outdoor one! The drive to the mountain was only 15 minutes away, and there are shuttles you can call and reserve that can take you to local bars like the Picklebarrel. We loved our stay so much, and would highly recommend to anyone traveling with a large group! Thank you to June and the Killington Group!

The huge open common space is exactly what we try to find for our annual friends-getaway. The employees at the property company were very kind, COVID friendly with contactless key pickup, and very easy to get a hold of. Thanks for a great stay!!

Aug 2022Rented this house as a home base for my brothers bachelor party. Plenty of room for everyone to relax and sleep and not be on top of each other. Close to all that Killington has to offer. Very clean property, looked just like the listing. Would recommend to family and friends looking for a spacious house to rent in the green mountains of Vermont.

Jan 2020Perfect property for a large group. The home was conveniently located near Killington (<5 min drive to the lift, <10 min drive to Ramshead). The house accommodated a large group comfortable and was very spacious. Management company was helpful and very responsive. Would highly recommend.

Jan 2020I organized a work Ski Trip for 21 people and this house was perfect. Plenty of room, two kitchens/ovens were ideal for preparing food for a large group, large dining table fit everyone for dining/games and the indoor/outdoor hot tubs were amazing! Only 10 minute ride to Killington and to nightlife. We went to Pickle Barrel and Jax’s bar at night which both had live bands and were so much fun! Would definitely stay here again!

Dec 2018Incredible home with an extremely open feel. For ski season it was very conveniently located near Killington (<10 min drive), and had a nice mud room to leave ski/snowboard equipment. The layout was very spacious and had ample seating to accommodate our large group for all our meals.

Sep 2017I hosted a bachelor party here and it was perfect. The property management company was easy to work with. We requested to order a Pay-per-View fight on Showtime and the owner was more than willing to cooperate. It was also close to the ATV / Snowmobile rentals at ATV Vermont (which was also a blast!). With 4 grills, 2 hot-tubs, and 2 kitchens, and a large kitchen table for the group to sit at, it's difficult not to have a good time here. Great house in a beautiful area of the mountain.

Aug 2022I booked the Sunburst for a friend's pre-wedding get together with a group of friends and it was perfect!! There was so much room! So many sleeping options, the hot tubs were great, lots of parking! Will definitely keep it in mind for another large group vacation!

Communication: The communication with the property manager was excellent from start to finish. Any questions were handled in less than twelve hours. I received check-in instructions via both email and phone conversation.
Check-in and arrival at the property: The responsible manner in which consideration for the current pandemic was handled during check-in was commendable. The process was clearly explained and all materials were easy to locate. Upon arriving at the property it was evident the photos available do not fully represent the beauty of the property. The setting was breathtaking !! The interior was stunning throughout. The size and layout made it perfect for interacting with friends while still practicing social-distancing! The kitchen was wonderful. I have never been in a rental property with such a wonderful array of seasonings and spices already on hand. I look forward to future opportunities to rent this property. Thank you for a truly memorable time!!!

The outdoor one was essentially unusable, they came out once to add .ore chemicals but that only lasted for a day before it got gross/smelly again, I don't think the filter is working. The dryer doesn't work very well, and the dishwasher wouldn't always when when we turned it on. Otherwise we had no complaints, beautiful site, location.

Jan 2020Group of 20 girls for my sisters bachelorette party worked perfectly for a cold January “spring” weekend. House was conveniently located to town and also to snowmobiling site. I downloaded a google map prior to the trip just in case there were any internet issues but WiFi and service for most people was great. The house was comfortable enough for all of us and they also provided extra towels for the hot tubs. The only issue we had was with the weather when the rain turned into ice. Make sure you have 4 wheel drive as the taxi vans (which are extremely limited) were not able to take us. Other than that it was a great stay and I would highly recommend!
