Egret's Landing - Ein privates Poolhaus, nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt!

We can’t wait to come back! We’ve been to Anna Maria several times over the last ten years. This is one of our favorite properties we’ve stayed at. The private pool was a hit for our kids and we loved the whole unit. It was extremely clean and updated. We will be returning!

Short walk to the beach as well as free trolley at the corner made this the perfect location. Our favorite part of the house was our own very private pool. We will definitely be back.

The only surprise to us was it is not a stand alone house. It is part of a double. Other than hearing the other family out by the pool, we wouldn’t have known it. But we didn’t think that was very upfront. Over all it was exactly what we needed. Would definitely go back! Beach was close enough to walk. And we loved the sunsets!

We loved the pool but there had been a lot of rain related to tropical storm so there were many mosquitoes, so we couldn’t enjoy as much as we would have liked. There were floats and chairs for the pool and we rented chairs to take to the beach. The kitchen was nice but missing items such as a cookie sheet and hand mixer. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!

The mattress in the master is needing to be replaced. When we arrived the house was super dark-even with lights turned on. The light in the ceiling fan in the living room was non working, even after maintenance coming and replacing bulbs. (They replaced the fan and a faulty wall switch to fix, though). The master bedroom’s ceiling fan lights were all burned out, as well as one of the other bedroom’s lights and lamps. (Maintenance also repaired while we were there). The a/c was not keeping up, so my husband checked the filter. Almost an inch of dust on it. (Maintenance came and brought new filter). Propane tank was empty we discovered when beginning to grill our first meal. (Maintenance came and traded out the next day). The pool was nice, but the pool area was messy when we arrived. Busted pool floats and leaves all over the deck. We appreciated the maintenance guys coming to fix everything, but it was disappointing to have them in and out so many times because of repairs that we shouldn’t have had to deal with on vacation.

We walked and rode our bikes from there daily and had easy access to the beach. It was quiet and very private. It was decorated beautifully, and was well equipped with everything we needed, even a wagon to take all of things to the beach in. It was roomy and comfortable. Loved this place!

Because of the Coronavirus Pandemic we felt the need to leave early and get back to Massachusetts and our families. But until that moment we had a wonderful vacation and can’t wait to return next March. There was nothing that wasn’t perfect about the property.

It was just a short walk to the beach and had a wagon for pulling our stuff. We did have an issue with our propane tank. Someone took our full one and left us an empty. Though that was pretty rude. We called the office and they replaced it rite away. All in all it was a great stay. I would recommend this property. We would have booked it again but we will have more people next year.

We would stay there again. 1 minor issue, the beach umbrella was broken when we opened it up at the beach our 1st day. We didn’t get a replacement. Called management office they said the would handle it. Wasn’t replaced while we were there.(4days. Not a huge deal but definitely could of used 1 for some shade at beach, Florida sun sneaks up on you when your a northerner..

We didn't need it but what a great option for people travelling with kids to young adults. Had a little trouble with the front door lock but that may have been human error. Other than that, it was perfect!

Some one have cleaned out the vacuum and left the ball of hair on the couch. the grill was broken someone had to come out for 45 to fix the grill. The vents in the bathrooms were filthy . The beach chair were dirty and thrown in a pile. We found a dirty poopy diaper tied to the beach chair. The pool had leaves floating in it. The pool person came unannounced and scared my older mom . It was not worth the money. I felt take advantage of. I will not be returning.
