Apr 2022We selected this location a couple months ago and being we have had issues with a pool heater in a previous VRBO not working we asked 2 separate times if this pool was heated we were told yes. After letting the property owner know the pool was not warm during our stay she made up some story that she talked to us on the phone which was entirely false. During our stay there were a lot of spiders and a few cockroaches around the house so we had to buy some home defense while we were there which helped during our stay. Lastly we use VRBO quite often and have always had the owner/property manager reach out to us at the beginning of our stay and not once during or after did they reach out. The only time they responded was after our concerns. I wanted to give them a chance to respond to our issues but Denise decided to make up stories instead.

Apr 2015We really enjoyed our stay in Titusville. The house had everything we needed and the neighborhood was really quiet. Denise was very helpful and made us feel welcome. We enjoyed our walks around the subdivision. We found some golf courses to play, drove north to New Smyrna, south to Rockledge, Cocoa, and Palm Bay and over to Orlando. Don't miss the Kennedy Space Centre, worth the trip.
What we really liked about the Titusville area was the small town atmosphere and the lack of traffic. We would definitely return.

Sep 2021We have stayed here 5 times in the past 10 years. This time we needed to stay one extra night in order to get our car repaired. The property was not booked for the remainder of the week, so availability was not an issue. The charge quoted by Denise was much higher than the cost for a single night. Discussion regarding the cost did not go well. We will not be staying here in the future.

May 2021We had a wonderful stay! The entire property was spotless and had everything we could have wanted! The covered patio, outdoor furniture, and heated pool were divine! The neighborhood was very quiet and in a great location. Communication was very fast and professional. We would highly recommend this property! We cannot wait to return!

Oct 2021We had a very comfortable stay here in Titusville and the house suited our needs all around. It is close to Publix and a couple of miles from the historic area. The pool was terrific! The yard was great, as we also brought our dog. Relative to other houses we’ve rented at this price point, the furnishings, linens, etc aren’t as nice, but we had we needed and everything was perfectly functional and represented accurately in the listing. We won’t hesitate to stay here again!

Feb 2018Three bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins). Two bathrooms. House is a little small (probably 1,100-1,200 square feet). Outside is great with pool and a private fence. House is conveniently close to Publix for shopping; Kelcey's Restaurant (great neighborhood pizza/Italian); Canaveral National Seashore (must go - awesome beach); Kennedy Space Center (must go). Pinball machine is excellent. Living Room sofa & TV is good. Laundry Room is good. It is a good house for 2-5 people (any more would be packed). Some things could be improved - mattresses were not very good, zero shelf space in bathrooms, a few amenities like soaps and trash bags. Overall a nice house at a good price. I would go back.

Jun 2022This was the perfect place for my family to stay while visiting my grandma. The pool was lovely and we were in it twice a day while we were there. We enjoyed coffee and after dinner drinks on the patio while watching the birds and lizards. We would love to stay again in future visits!

Jun 2018This was a perfect house for our small group. We had 6 adults and spent our days at the beach. Proximity to Publix was excellent - we loaded up on ice and sandwiches on our way to Cape Canaveral National Seashore. . We loved having the fenced-in pool in the yard - it was refreshing. We did not locate the skimmer which would have been helpful as there was daily afternoon showers and debris would get in pool.
The linens and towels were very well organized and labelled for ease.
Kitchen was well stocked with housewares. No Keurig but we brought our own. There was a drip brew coffee maker, toaster and microwave. We did not cook any meals but certainly could have.
Code lock was simple and effecttive. Neighbors seemed nice.
We would recommend this rental for 6 or fewer people and we would definitely rent again!!
Denise was easily reachable by phone to answer any questions we had. Great host.

Nov 2017This property was exactly as described. Location was close to everything. The layout of the home was great for our needs. The door off the master bedroom is genius for coming in from the pool area. The backyard and pool area were exactly as pictured and we had many lazy mornings and afternoons swimming and sunning. Our granddaughter enjoyed every minute with us at this property. Great living room set up with cable and large sitting area connected to kitchen with a great view of the pool literally right out the back door. Kitchen was well equipped and all the towels and linens were supplied. Bedrooms were clean and very comfortable. The management of this property was very professional and helpful. Their maintenance associate checked on us and cleaned the pool while we were there, so nice to have such individual attention. We visited right after the hurricane went through, so although there were many homes in the neighborhood undergoing repairs, somehow these property owners and maintenance crew were able to have this house in perfect shape for our stay. I would and will recommend this rental to my friends and family.
We visited Cocoa Beach and also Playa Linda both an easy drive. We loved the sky divers from the nearby small airport and even got to witness two space launches from Cape Canaveral.

Nov 2013This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is very close to I-95. Restaurants and grocery stores are very short drives away. I was completely impressed by the care given to me by Denise, Sharon, and Karen. I rented the property on very short notice and they all went above and beyond to get the house ready (and checked on things after I arrived!) The house is wonderful and I like the layout (bedrooms at one end and kitchen/living room at the other). My favorite thing was the pool. Except for a couple of days, I spent a lot of time lounging around or in the pool. The weather was turning cool and rainy, but for the most part, every day was fantastic. It was great to watch the skydivers glide overhead on a couple of days. I slept great in the comfortable master bedroom. It was a real joy to wake up to those wonderful Florida sunrises! Though I didn't want to get away from the house and pool for long, the location is convenient to a lot of attractions (KSC, Cocoa Beach, Orlando/Disney). I would HIGHLY recommend renting this awesome property. Thank you again to Denise, Sharon, and Karen for making this a fantastic vacation!

The pinball machine, the wii, the pool kept our evenings busy. Location: close to the beach, to Space Center and some great little shops in Titusville. The owner was super responsive. May 2012Stayed here for two weeks in April. Weather was great, having the pool was awesome. House very well stocked and comfortable. Very close to Grocery store. Visited PlayaLinda beach lots, beautiful place. Very close to Kennedy space center. Centrally located between Daytona Beach and Cocoa Beach. Went for Air Boat ride off Hwy 50 great time. Very quick return of deposit. Overall terrific stay.
