Die Balkonschiebetüren lassen viel Tageslicht herein, um den Raum aufzuhellen. Gleich neben dem Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein Essbereich, ideal für gemütliche Mahlzeiten mit der Familie. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten. Das dritte Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett. Das dritte Badezimmer befindet sich im Flur im Obergeschoss. We had a wonderful time at Dune House, the only thing that we wish would have been different were some updated appliances - for example, the dishwasher works terrible and does not clean very well. There is no spring in the door so it literally falls open if you are not holding it up. And also the couches could really be updated...they are very uncomfortable with such a flat cushion that offers no support. Watching tv in the morning or night was not really enjoyable at all. Other than that we are very happy with our time in ocean city, although for the amount of money we paid for our stay, we will be looking elsewhere for next year.

Beautiful property but needs updating

Three generations thoroughly enjoyed this townhouse on the beach. It was a long way from the Boardwalk, but that suited us with little kids, we enjoyed the beach and the Ocean City Park near by. The items are a bit dated, but it was very comfortable and clean. And everything worked. Appreciated having the washer and dryer right there. Would go back again and hope that the owners/managers get a chance to clean out and organize the cupboards.

Fabulous Location, great view, great beach and wonderful neighbors.
Three generations thoroughly enjoyed this townhouse on the beach. It was a long way from the Boardwalk, but that suited us with little kids, we enjoyed the beach and the Ocean City Park near by. The items are a bit dated, but it was very comfortable and clean. And everything worked. Appreciated having the washer and dryer right there. This is my third year staying at a Dune House, although this was my first time at #14. I've always enjoyed the calm, clean ambiance of previous units, and #14 did not disappoint. With plenty of space and amenities, plus a lovely view of the ocean, it was very relaxing (especially since we visited at the end of the season and therefore had very few neighbors!) Only downsides were that the carbon monoxide alarm batteries ran low about halfway through the week resulting in an irritating beeping (which was solved by a quick change-out of batteries) and that several bedroom doors could not be shut completely or else they would stick (a problem probably due to wood warping or swelling because of the heavy humidity.) One note to Shoreline Properties, especially at the end of the season: Please give tenants a notice or word of warning if repairs on the beach houses will be going on during their stay; I was a little surprised to find workers pulling trim off the bottom of the deck one morning! In terms of nearby attractions, Higgins Crab House was right across the street and had delicious crabs, plus there was a bus stop right at 128th street, oceanside, and a PNC Bank on the corner for easy access to vacation funds. Food Lion was also only a few streets up on 119th for any last-minute grocery shopping. Thank you once again for an enjoyable stay!
