Jul 2022We rented Barbara’s home with two other families (12 of us) for a sports tournament nearby. The location is fantastic, easy freeway access and good local streets; the neighborhood is older but well kept. The home had plenty of space for all of us to either hang out together or spread out. The home is older and could use some updates in the bathrooms, but it had everything we needed to cook, sleep, swim, bbq, and do laundry. Barbara was easy to get ahold of and helpful when we needed it.

Oct 2019We had the best time at this property. Barbara was wonderful to work with and very prompt with her communication. She has made sure that you will not need anything at all while you stay there. Just to name a few amenities: pool toys, beach toys, bags, umbrellas, floaties for children. If you have a baby you will hardly have to pack anything additional for them. There are several pack n plays, there were two strollers in the garage and a high chair in the kitchen. This home is wonderful for families! My kids had an absolute blast every day and didn’t ever want to leave. The decor in the home is very warm and inviting, just like we were in our own home. The details and extras are innumerable. We spent 2 days at Disney and were only a 15 minute drive away. It is a wonderful location on a quiet street with a park near by. I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay here.

Jul 2019We had a wonderful time. The pool was a real hit. It was a nice size and very clean. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. We had all the amenities we needed.. The drive to Disneyland was pretty easy. Lots of shopping was nearby. The owner was very pleasant to deal with and I was glad we were able to personally meet her. I would recommend this to friends.

Jan 2022We had a larger group traveling for the Rose Bowl and had a good time at the property. It is older but well maintained, and had everything we needed. Very easy to communicate with, and even allowed us to check in an hour early. Thanks for the hospitality!

Apr 2022We had a large group of family members. We were cozy in the home, but made it work. There was plenty of bedding and air mattresses along with several beds. There were pack n' plays for the littles, high chair, strollers that we took to Disneyland so we didn't have to bring them from home. Plenty of room to sit down and eat. The little girls loved the play area. They all loved the pool and spa. We were mainly at the property to sleep and eat breakfast We enjoyed our stay and would love to come stay again. The property manager was very helpful and answered all the questions that we had. She was very nice to talk to.

Sep 2022We had a family reunion here, and the house was large and comfortable for a party of 18. There was plenty of seating and beds. Barbara was an easy to reach host and pleasant to communicate with. Thankfully, I didn't see the cockroaches that the other reviews spoke of, but we also did our best to keep everything swept up and tidy. I would return to this location if we had another reunion =)

Oct 2022This was a great house for a family vacation! The whole family loved it!! Some unwanted guests (bugs) seemed to be a little issue but wasn’t bad. Pool was great. Barbara was great and was always in communication with me. Would definitely come back again in the future!

Mar 2019This house was absolutely awesome for our team of 12 people who came in town for a synchronized swimming competition!! It was like a home away from home!
The house was fully equipped with everything you needed from bedding, laundry washer and dryer, towels, kitchenware and more!! A very neat and nice neighborhood!! So many stores are near by within 1-3 miles.
Backyard is beautiful and the house was well designed for so much room downstairs for group dining and meeting!!
We would so joyfully encourage others for this place as well as we will come back when we are in town next time!!

Jul 2022The pool was great which compensated for the cleanliness of the home. When there are roaches there is a problem. We wiped down kitchen cupboards because of crumbs and greasy pans. We loved all of the movies available and the pool table. We were disappointed that the first two days there were no garbage bags, and toilet paper. No actual soap in the showers. The neighborhood and location were great. We picked this home because of the price so I guess you get what you pay for. We still had a great vacation in Tustin.

Dec 2017The only thing that keeps this from being a 5 star is that there are only 2 showers. The home is beautiful and clean. The pool and hot tub were both nice. There was plenty of seating and plenty of towel and linens to accommodate our group of 16. It is fairly close to the beach and both Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Jul 2018The house was clean and orderly, with many unexpected additions like the game room for the little ones while we cooked. The pool was humongous I didn’t expect it to be so large that we could all play at the same time I think the kids liked the hot tub a bit too much but they were happy going back and forth between tub n pool :) The house was close to so many things to do.It was close enough to the beaches we visited several, the young ones went to Disneyland one day and came home & got in the pool! We also made a day trip to the San Diego Zoo! The home was nicely furnished and everyone was comfortable even being away from home. The large table in the kitchen was spectacular where we could all sit down as family and eat or sit and visit while preparing meals Oh and the picnic table by the grill was great for visiting with the “griller of the day” and letting kids eat without having to dry off and come inside. They ate many bowls of fruit out there It was luscious They were so busy playing and swimming they didn’t even miss their phones, tablets, video games or TV. We did gather the last night and watched a movie together from the large collection available so swimsuits n towels n things could be dried and ready to pack. The home was perfect for our reunion vacation my sister loved the decor The kitchen was well stocked with condiments and other bonuses The bedrooms were roomy The kids enjoyed sleeping in the bunkbed room and sleep they did-they were so worn out playing and having a good time together The home has a very good vibe and everyone got along very well partly because the home was roomy enough to really accommodate all 14 of us without crowding :) Thank you for coming to check in on us and helping us learn how to keep the pool and hot tub clean. I also loved that you had recycling bins Yay! Thank you so much, the beautiful home helped make our vacation in California spectacular beyond our expectations.

Oct 2022The house has a really nice amount of seating in the dining area. Upgrades have been done to the kitchen. It could use upgrades to the bathrooms for sure. Couch was not comfy and should be replaced. Nice neighborhood and close to stores and restaurants. Towels were older but lots available to use.

After walking for hours at Disneyland we were hoping to come back to a comfortable bed. Unfortunately that was not the case, the beds were really hard with no cushion support. We were not rested coming back home. Also, the pool sticks were really worn and almost unusable. Other than that we really enjoyed the backyard and all the movie selections! Thank you

I want to thank Barbara the owner of this home for having all my family in her beautiful home. The house fit all my family, enjoyed our stay. The best part for the kids and family was the pool. I recommend anyone looking for a home, to stay at Barbara's Tustin home in California, it was near Disney and not to far to Universal Studios.

Aug 2019Large home with plenty of space for our party of 14. We lived in the pool and hot tub. Lots of towels and kitchen gadgets. Beautiful neighborhood. The house was very clean and well kept up but there were cockroaches in the kitchen that came out mostly at night. The property manager plans to spray. Summers uninvited guests. Other than that it was amazing. It was nice to bring our family dog as well.
