Die Bar für fünf Personen ermöglicht ein entspanntes Gespräch und der Esstisch für 6 Personen macht das formelle Essen einfacher. Sep 2022What a beautifully kept property and very attentive owners. The week we spent at Oasis was absolutely heavenly. The owners provided a very detailed list of instructions and answers to questions we may have about the property and we felt at home all week. We look forward to coming back.

Nov 2021We rent several vrbo properties per year and by far this is one of the nicest, cleanest, well stocked beautifully furnished houses we have ever rented. The location was right on the beach but also very private. Adam was very responsive - a great host. If I could rate higher than 5 I would. If we return again this is the house we would want again.

Nov 2019We loved it here! The pics show a spacious living area & kitchen, but when we walked in, it seemed like they didn’t do the place justice. It’s HUGE, and feels even bigger b/c of the high ceilings. The access to the beach is so easy and there’s an outdoor shower right before you get to the back patio to minimize the amount of sand. The kitchen is stocked with a great selection of pots, pans and cookie sheets. Even a ton of appliances, dish towels and pot holders. We cooked all but 2 meals there and had exactly what we needed every time. It was a nice surprise they have R.O. water in the kitchen(!!!), so we just refilled our own water bottles...no need for us to buy a ton of bottled water at the store. Definitely would recommend buying a bag of ice, as they suggest, since the ice maker In the fridge doesn’t make a ton.
The pool was a perfect size for our four kiddos (we wondered if it might be a little tight for them) and was a great alternative to the beach if the water was too rough, etc.
The HEB and Super WM are 10-15 mins away and had everything we needed. We saw there is an IGA grocery store closer to the property and a small convenience store even closer for any immediate basic needs.
When we had questions, they were very responsive and helpful. Appreciate that!
One bad thing: The water pressure in the showers is terrible, but the showers and bathrooms are really nice. The beds are comfy and as an added bonus, the laundry room is upstairs.
Would absolutely love to come back some day!

Jul 2018We had a great time, grandparents, parents, and children. Love being right on the beach. Made the back and forth with chairs, tents, food, etc so much simpler. The little ones loved having the pool to play in and the grownups loved that the kids were outside but still easily in sight.
The spaces fit our family very well. We had no neighbors on either side so it was very quiet at night. The furniture was comfortable and sturdy for three little ones.
A great trip. After Crystal, Galveston, Freeport, and Port A this is our new favorite beach.

Sep 2018We had a fantastic stay in this unit! I highly recommend it. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the condo is even larger than the pictures indicate. It was clean and very well-appointed (furniture, appliances, cookware, utensils, and decor). Being directly on the beach was fantastic and very convenient for our family of 6. The private pool was a nice bonus and we enjoyed it every evening once the sun set and swimming in the ocean was not practical. Many restaurants, pubs, and entertainment options are within walking distance, so we opted to leave the vehicles parked and enjoyed being on foot most of the weekend. The owner (Adam) is very responsive to inquiries and seemed sincerely focused on ensuring our stay was positive. We also liked that entry to the house could be achieved via a garage code instead of having to keep up with a key. Thanks, Adam, for sharing your condo and for a great stay!

Feb 2021This was perfect! The pictures do not do the house justice. The house was well stocked with good quality kitchen supplies for us to make meals. Having the direct access to the beach made things super easy with little kids. The view of the beach was amazing and the balcony offered the perfect place to drink coffee and watch the sunrise. We had a few issues with the water when we arrived, but the property owner was incredible with his responsiveness. We will be back!

Oct 2022This property was an excellent rental for our family of 9. Very well stocked and beautiful location right on the beach. Convenient to all activities and stores, restaurants etc. Had an issue with the oven not heating properly but everything else far out-weighed that. They kids loved the pool and the fireworks on Friday and Saturday night from down the beach. Would definitely rent again!!!

The kitchen is well stocked and there is a wonderful grocery close by. We walk to the Wanna Wanna or the Palm for excellent food. Five star vacation that we can drive. Love SPI.

deciding to treat yourself and love one's.
Beach is a stone's throw away and the sounds and surf instantly crash over you. It is perfectly located conveniently in the middle of the island oceanside making it easy to get to your island activities. Will stay here again and again.

This was our first family vacation with our adult kids, their spouse and our grandkids , so finding the RIGHT place was very important!
This was way better than expected!
Very roomy, views are beautiful, clear walkway to the beach, shower head to clean off after the beach right at the back gate entrance, plenty of sitting and chillin areas.....we all absolutely loved it!!
Would love to stay here again!

The home was lovely and spacious enough for our five adults and two toddlers to have plenty of room to relax and enjoy being together. Thank you for the added graciousness of our unconventional entering and exciting, that made our time at the property SO much easier for our babies. We would HIGHLY recommend this home to anyone wanting to visit the island. The hosts and the home were both perfect.

Oct 2020Such a beautiful location. Definitely one of our favorite places for a week off. We enjoyed being able to walk on to the beach from the backdoors. There is private access from the house to the beach so convenient. The plunge pool is perfect for cooling off and just hanging out. We enjoyed the balconies and spacious bedrooms. Overall we will return again.

Jul 2020Our family of 8 adults and 2 children enjoyed our stay at the Oasis beach house. The house is larger downstairs than the pictures make it look. Plenty of room for all of us to gather. Kitchen was stocked with everything I needed. We cooked all our meals at the house. We had lots of towels and beach towels. Beach just steps away. Could rinse off at outdoor shower when coming back from beach. Nice pool we all enjoyed. Great seating area and table by the pool with gas grill. It really was a nice place to stay and beach was awesome too. The only thing I could suggest to make it better is to add an outdoor patio rug under the seating area and table by the pool. Easy to slip when your feet are wet. We had a wonderful stay and looking forward to staying again.
