Apr 2021We stayed in this great property in February/March. The mountain and golf course views were spectacular and the pool and spa were sparkling clean. The kitchen is well-stocked and we had everything we needed and even some things we didn’t know we needed (like an outside heater to warm us while we star gazed on cool nights)! The property is well positioned for golfing, hiking, tennis/pickle ball, shopping or just leisurely watching the golfers on the 5th hole of Shadow Mountain golf course. Nicole, the property manager, was incredibly responsive to any questions we had. We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this charming mid century modern home!

Feb 2020We spent the month of January in this very pleasant home. We've stayed on this golf course before and liked returning there. The home is eclectically decorated in a south west motif that we enjoyed., with comfortable, if somewhat worn furnishings, and is well equipped for stays. It has been recently and expertly repainted in and out, with newer sliding glass doors to the deck. The master bath is dated with an original tub and aluminum sliding shower doors. It was a good value for what we were charged and we would stat therer again at the same rate.

Aug 2021Very homey feel for this 2BR/2BA place. On a quiet side street and almost no noise. Beware when you're by the pool if there are people on the golf course. We got between 20-30 balls hit into the pool in the couple of months that we were there.
East facing yard means sunny in the AM, and gets good shade in the afternoons. Pool and Jacuzzi work great. BBQ too.
Wife didn't feel that it felt luxurious enough, but was comfortable for me.
Great location near El Paseo, Target, Whole Foods, and TJ's. Neighborhood exellent for walking in the mornings and evenings.
Recommended.

Apr 2019The pool was a major issue for us and an unnecessary one. A pool manual with clear instructions should have been left in the house. We had no idea about the septic system and a disaster was avoided only because the neighbor came over to inform us about the impending problem.
Other than those issues, the house suited our needs, the location was optimal and the trip was great!

Jan 2018The family loved the accomodation on Grapevine Lane.Very clean,all the kitchen utensils
for meals were ideal and the eating area very spacious for entertaining.The house was easy to keep tidy and the pool and hot tub area were perfect.The home has amazing
views of the mountains and valley and is very quite and peaceful being away from any busy roads.Very handy to numerous restaurants and shopping.The golf course is fun to play and very affordable.We had a fantastic stay and hope your home is available in the future.

Jan 2021Before I launch into this review. I would like to say that the property management rock and really do a good job and care.
This place is kind of a wreck and the owners do not understand "luxury vacation homes" when we arrived the home was clean but still in shambles! Holes in the living room furniture covered up by some CHEAP throw blanket. drawers were filled with tons of personal crap from the owners. The being was all old from the eighties filled with little balls from overwashing. The towels were old and smelled moldy. the kitchen appliances were horrible too! all mismatched and falling apart. the stone top was falling apart. NO areas rugs just cheap kitchen mats that look like they were purchased at K-mart in the 80's horrible metal dining table and desk furniture falling apart!!! We went to Macy and Pottery bard the first day we arrived to buy ALL NEW towels, bedding, proper drinking glasses, french press, and coffee maker, toaster, drain tray, and pots and pans (They had pans that were full of rust and the coffee maker had black mold coming out of it) There was religious and political artifacts that are not proper for a vacation home. We had to contact the property manager to tell the owners the place looked like a garage sale. Glasses hanging from this tacky car blocked the lovely view. We with the help of the property manager took so much stuff out to the garage to make the home open and clean. The pool was the only nice thing about the place. We had to clean up all of the excess UNMATCHED patio furniture that was also looking like it came from the side of the road and they picked it up along with the dented heat lamp. My suggestions top the owners. Clean this place up and updated EVERYTHING!!!! spend some money and try to make the place classy not trashy.
