Perfect location for OBX Seafood Festival weekend! A sort walk, no shuttles or parking necessary. Great house to multiple adult couples. Hot tub temperature and location was perfect for the rainy, chilly fall weather we had one day. Checkin using the Hospitality app was easy!

We were very pleased with the house and the many features offered. Unfortunately, I was too late in requesting an early check-in and will know to do so in the future. We very much enjoyed the pool and game room each day. After spending time on the beach we came back to the house to swim and get dinner started. The number of bedrooms/bathrooms was ideal for our group. We liked the location--not crowded. I called on Monday morning with some issues and the owner came quickly to resolve the two most important. We didn't go out much but two of our group went to Millers for lunch and a few of us went to the Dunes for Dinner and breakfast. I would recommend both. We were able to sit down and eat our meals together.

We have been vacationing in Nags Head since the late 70’s. This was by far our favorite house we have ever rented. From the direct access across the street to the more “knee friendly” public access right up the street it met our beach needs. We loved the pool, hot tub and pool table and the view of the sound from the crow’s nest was beautiful. The lay out of the house with bedroom suites both up and downstairs was perfect. We especially likes the two refrigerators and all of the bathrooms.If we can get our schedules synchronized we hope to come back next year.

We were overall very happy with the stay! This was the PERFECT house for 5 couples as every room had its own bathroom (amazing!). The pool and hot tub were excellent. Our only concerns were the linens were lacking (a few beds were only provided top sheets and NO mattress cover. We also had concerns with the draining of one of the baths. We did have a few kids with us and the stairs are way to wide for a baby gate which was unfortunate. Otherwise - zero concerns. Kitchen was well equipped. Would recommend to couples!

We rented the same house this summer we had for last summer. We did our original booking on line very easily but went to the rental agency last summer to put a deposit on this house for summer 2018. This was our interaction with the staff but they were very helpful. I also needed to call to update credit card info because I wasn't able to do it on the website. I also like that they called to make sure we had our door code.

Loved the set up of the house. It's perfect for multiple families. Loved having king sized beds in the rooms and how each bedroom had it's own bathroom! My only complaint would be that the furniture needs updating. The couches and chairs were old and not very comfortable to lounge around on after a long day on the beach.

while this house does not look like much from the outside, it had all the amenities that our family could ask for. It was very clean, lots of space, and in a perfect location. Walk to the beach was very minimal and right across the street. I would definitely recommend this place!

We had a fantastic time at this house! It's spacious, and we loved the rec room and pool table. There were 8 adults and a baby in the house and we didn't feel cramped. The private beach access right across the street was convenient, and there were a ton of restaurants just a few minutes away. I had an issue with a running toilet that the management took care of right away, and even though it appeared to "fix itself", the maintenance person still came by to check to make sure it was working 100%. The property management was responsive and very helpful. We loved the private pool and having our dogs with us on vacation. I highly recommend this house!

This house was great for our family! We had eight adults and two small children and everyone had their own room and bathroom. We really enjoyed the pool and pool table and large kitchen table for eating and playing games. The beach access is really close and convenient and the beach wasn’t crowded. The crows nest was great for morning coffee!

The beach access was great, pool larger than most, and the location was close to grocery stores, There was a bathroom for each bedroom and the linens were provided and beds were already made when we arrived:). The kitchen was well stocked and there were only two flights of stairs to climb. The pool table was a hit with the kids!

The private pool was amazing, and it had every amenity you could think of for a week at the beach. House was awesome and we wish we could have enjoyed it longer but our trip was disrupted by hurricane Dorian. We were only there than 42 hours because of the mandatory evacuation. We made the most of it and enjoyed what time we had. Plenty of room with everything needed to have a wonderful vacation. Loved the rec room with wet bar and full size refrigerator. Hope to rent same house again.

Everything about the house was extremely clean, and well maintained. Pretty much had bathrooms in every room (though some bedrooms shared a bathroom on each floor). The rooftop balcony was perfect for chilling at night and watching the sunrise/sunset. Parking lot can fit up to 6 normal sized cars which was perfect. It was only a block away from the beach and more or less on a not-so-busy street so it was easy to get in and out! Just around the block was the main street to get to the rest of Nags Head. The hot tub and pool were perfect for relaxing when it was too hot outside or great for BBQ'ing and chilling at night. I would definitely go back!

Amazing amount of space and literally across the street from the ocean and the sound. Very close to shops and many sight seeing places. Loved the hot tub and game room. The kitchen is well stocked and we really liked having a bathroom attached to each bedroom. We had an issue with one of he bedrooms doorknobs but the owner fixed it immediately no problem. The upper deck was wonderful because you can see amazing sunsets and sunrises. Absolutely gorgeous. Be sure to bring your own beach chairs and fishing gear. We hope to visit again in the future.

This was our 3rd stay at Fun N' Sun, but our first in the fall and our first since 2015! We had a great time and had great weather for all but one day. Fun N' Sun continues to be our favorite house in OBX. It's somewhat unassuming and maybe doesn't look like a classic beach house from the outside. But, the 5 masters plus a den that also has an attached bath mean you can sleep a large family more comfortably at a much more reasonable price than other houses. In addition, everyone loves the access to the pool, hot tub, and pool table. Finally, the beach access directly across the street makes quick fall trips, that might not last long if it's chilly, perfectly doable!

A great location, a lovely home, direct access to the beach, and seven days of enjoyment, describes our vacation here. A Sunday check-in (express check-in) is much better than Saturday with less traffic and hassle of getting into the area and into the house. The house was well equipped, nicely appointed, and laid out nicely. The pool was a nice size and a welcome reprieve after a chilly ocean. The only rainy day proved the pool table could use refurbishing but other than that, there was plenty to occupy both kids and adults. The beach was close and inviting, some of us even swam very close to dolphins chasing a school of fish and watching the Pelicans fishing was very entertaining.

This was our location they we picked for our bachelor/bachelorette getaway and it was exactly what we were hoping for. Great house with plenty of space to spread out. Location is perfect with beach access right across the street. The billiards table, pool and hot tub were wonderful amenities. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Stayed last week of April and got beautiful sunny weather as per name! Clean and convenient to restaurants and groceries. TV was a bit on challenge at first, but then figured out to use Hulu. Only other minor thing was no garbage disposal. Ocean too cold in April but will come back again in August. Cheers!
