Es ist eine kurze Fahrt zu den Weingütern von Valle de Guadalupe, Surfspots und 10 Minuten von der Innenstadt von Ensenada.

May 2022When we first open the door a terrible odor from the whole broken down house, then roach's where all over the house disgusting !!! I am asking for my money back ,we didn't stay here no way no how .The walls are falling apart I am not Lying .This should not be my first VRBO experience bur unfortunately it was !!!Can someone contact me please?

Oct 2017We were two couples visiting Ensenada and Serge's place was perfect as our place to land after touring the wine valley. There are several good restaurants, bars and craft brew places nearby and the view from the deck can't be beat. He can even arrange a driver for your wine tasting tour. Enjoy!

Dec 2018We had a wonderful time. Place was comfortable and clean. Loved hearing/seeing the ocean waves and birds 24/7. Owner quickly responded when we had a question. Town of Ensenada was a lot of fun and everyone was friendly. We felt very safe!

Aug 2018It's true that this residence overlooks the ocean, to be clear, (not a beach, an expanse of rocks), but this is not a place for families or really anyone who doesn't want to be greeted by exposed plaster in the entryway. There is no A/C, an apparent "cockroach problem that is just the way it is when it's hot," and the windows in the "master bedroom," are non-functioning. Although the proprietor was nice, he did replace the distressed sheets as soon as we asked, his claim that he "keeps the place up," is simply not true. We left after two nights.
Bottom line, if you're a 20 year old surfer with five surfer friends, maybe 2 in a couple, this is probably a good deal. For the rest of us mortals, do not book this place.

Jan 2022Fantastic place! We chose this location as a destination to relax, unplug and recharge ourselves. The view is everything! Loved waking up and going to bed with the sounds of waves. It was unusaully cold this December, but the heater did the trick. Would love to come back!

Oct 2019casa y muebles muy viejos, el segundo baño deplorable, con paredes corroídas por humedad, el lavamanos a punto de caerse, con todo respeto es una casa que no es para rentarse a turistas, con todo respeto estaría bien para una familia de escasos recursos , el cobro no equivale a lo que ofrecen. Lastima, me siento estafado, me gustaría un reembolso, no la dejamos porque no había hoteles disponibles por el evento de Il volo, que fue el motivo de nuestro viaje. espero sus comentarios al respecto. Gracias.

Jun 2018Beds great, was suppose to be a three bedroom house but was only two. I had to rent a room in a hotel for one of the party. Not happy about that. Bad advertising. We. Had 6 people in the group and 2 bedroom did not work
