Mar 2021What a wonderful trip for our family of 18. The hot tub and pool are heated and the hot tub is "HOT" we loved it! The home is located on a corner lot which we found nice to only have one house on one side of us. We enjoyed the community pool with the lazy river and water slide. We could have spent the whole vacation between the home and the community area with out even having to leave. We did see the line of traffic coming into the community Fri/Sat for check in which is long. We checked in on Sunday and had no wait time. We will definently try to do the same next year when we visit.
The host Kathy was very propmt in her communication with me the whole trip.

Apr 2022We rented three houses during this trip. This house was, by far, the best experience. The owner was super attentive, the description of the house was accurate, there were extra towels & even pool towels. I would highly recommend this specific property!

Sep 2021We loved the beautiful home that sits on a corner lot, there were enough rooms & bathrooms for our big family and it was very nice and clean with very comfortable beds. It has a great A/C that kept the home very cool during the Florida August heat. The pool was kept very clean, which was a big plus for us. We would stay here again.

Jun 2018We have a beautiful stay,a group of 17 and every one was so happy about the place: the house amazing, brand new, beautiful decoration and very well full equipped. The beds are so comfortable, kitchen the best standard, all including the swimming pool very clean a well maintained!! The owner Kathy is very nice with a high sense of customer service, on top of everything and response to any request big or small within minutes !
The only complaint we can have is about the property management. ..
But a soon as we have a new opportunity for sure this is the house!

Apr 2021We had a great time staying at this house and the location was amazing! Private corner lot with privacy hedges all around the pool and a good view with no neighbors in the back. The hot tub was extra hot and relaxing after a long day. The house was cleaned very well equipped with most of the things we needed. The owner was always easy to reach and quickly resolved any needs we ever had. Thank you!

Aug 2019We had a great time ,16 adults and 2 children ,in this lovely house. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
After a thunderstorm the AC, the internet and the dishwasher all broke down. We were quickly helped with the first two things but we did not get the dishwasher replaced. This was the only negative thing. 18 people produce a lot of dishes.
We made good use of the Oasis Club. Enjoyed the pool, used the gym and sang karaoke.. The Club is just a short walk away which is convinient if you have more than two cars. We had six cars in total so we parked four at the club.
You wont regret renting this house if you are looking for a large house in this area..

Nov 2022We had a family of 14, ages 4 to 45, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The kids loved the theme rooms and the other bedrooms weee tastefully decorated and entire house was very clean. We felt at home. Location is close to Disney parks and Publix is less than 2 miles away. We planned a down day and with the clubhouse and pool, no one was bored. Would absolutely stay here again if we get back to Disney!

There were a few minor things that need to be taken care of, i.e., cleaning of the baseboards; patio, front entrance and base of garage door all need to be pressured washed periodically and the blinds and curtains at the patio door also need some attention. Overall, it's a beautiful, just need a little more of TLC. And yes, I will stay again at this location if it's available. My overall rating is a 4.67

Aug 2022The property was spacious and clean. The listing was accurate as compared to the actual house. All the bathrooms were surprising large and management company was very responsive with communication.
There were a few minor items that needed repair like one door handle, towel bar and faucet but all functional. Overall, great value and enjoyable stay.

Jun 2021The layout is perfect for hosting a large group - downstairs is open concept with plenty of seating. Upstairs has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate. Water park in community was a nice feature we used each day.

Nov 2021The house was perfect for our big group! Layout was amazing. So much space for everyone. We were able to cook lunch and dinner in so we saved money. Pool was warm and clean. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. My only advice is bring your own toilet paper and washcloths cause there wasn’t enough of that. Overall great experience!

Mar 2022The house was exactly what was pictured. It was absolutely amazing!! It was close to everything and anything we needed. The kids enjoyed the resort at its best time. The pool was one the best features and hot tub for us! If we didn’t plan to go to attractions we could have stayed at the house all day everyday! This will definitely be return for us as it is so close to my family down there was only 30 mins to go visit them. The property manager was amazing we couldn’t figure out the WiFi but they were very responsive within minutes and helped us figure it out even after 10 at night. Love this place

Jun 2019The house is very nice, well-equipped. The rooms are very nice size and comfortable but the living and eating area does not comfortably accommodate 22 people. Bath towels are provided at the house but pool towels are not provided at the clubhouse.

Aug 2021The house is beautiful and has lots of space. They provide everything that you need stroller, tents, hair chairs ect. The kids love the pool and the club house is awesome. Kathy is really great with answering questions she got back to me quickly. We are already planning to rent for next year

Mar 2021Spent most of our time in the pool area. Houses are close to one another, but we were lucky and had no neighbors. House is located on the corner so it was private and close to the entrance. Beware of lizards on the back patio. If you don't bother them, they will not bother you. Overall stay was really fun. House is spacious and beautiful and very well taken care of, especially for a rental home.

Ruined our 4th of July because roaches were everywhere. Well it ruined our entire week because we were paranoid about taking bugs back home with us. Got to do better. Don’t take peoples money and knowing your house is roach and bug infested

Mar 2018Our stay in this lovey property was truly magical! We were in awe as soon as we walked in the door. Our family of eight spent the week in this beautiful and spacious house while visiting Walt Disney World. The house is nicely decorated with a modern flair, and all the bedrooms are large with comfortabe beds. The kids rooms have been decorated with a Disney theme which our grandkids LOVED! The family room is large and kitchen is well equipped. We all had a great time playing games in the game room and swimming in the private pool. The location is only a short drive to all the Disney parks which as perfect for us. We will be staying here again the next time we head to Walt Disney World! Thank you Kathy for such a "Magical" stay! ~Cindy

May 2021Our daughter graduated from college and we stayed for 7 days in this beautiful home with our family. The house is gorgeous even better in person. This is the first time we stayed at a VRBO wasn’t quite sure what to expect. The whole experience was amazing. The property owner Kathy and her assistant Arianny were so attentive and quick to respond. They totally anticipated our needs we did not have any issues at all. They ask me to forward them the names of any drivers and within minutes, I was provided QRCODEs for each driver to get in the gate. Because of their attention our guest did not experience any difficulties or long lines getting in the gate. We highly recommend this property over any other ones there. The house is located in a corner and it is more private than the others I have seen in the neighborhood. Thank you so much Kathy and Arianny for everything. We had a great time and made great family memories!
