Jun 2020We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful and quiet home. With the rush of vacation with children, it was so nice to be able to come back and relax in the pool and home. We loved it so much we extended our vacation for an extra 2 days. The owners were very pleasant and so easy to communicate with. Thank you! We will be back again.

Jul 2018This was a perfect home for a family holiday. It is well maintained and decorated with everything you need. In a safe area but you will need a car to go to Universal or Disney but straightforward drive. Handy if you want a game a golf with pool overlooking 2nd tee. There is a large Walmart nearby which is very handy. you can try restaurants in local area but we also enjoyed dinner in Celebration. Had a fabulous time and would have no hesitation recommended this home.

Feb 2022This property/villa was everything we expected and more. On our arrival to Florida the temps were a little chilly the first day or so but sunny. We really enjoyed the heated pool once the outside temp warmed up. The golf course view was beautiful. (We don’t golf but so pretty) the grounds are meticulous with flowers everywhere. The owners were quickly responsive to any questions. A great location. Close to shopping, groceries, restaurants (including the clubhouse) and of course all the Disney /
Legoland (which we weren’t interested in) are all close by. Definitely a five star stay. Thank you Danielle and Kevin

Jan 2020This house was the perfect spot for our family getaway. The gated community was beautiful and quiet. The house not only had everything we needed but it was all nice quality. All the kitchen items were excellent for cooking. The beds were very comfortable. Out favorite part was the heated pool overlooking the golf course. The grocery stores are very convenient, right outside if the gate. Legoland was a short drive away and easy to get to. It would be a perfect spot if you are planning on visiting multiple parks too it’s right in the middle of everything. Looking forward to future stays!

The home was very comfortable (including all the beds), and had everything you could want or need. The area is safe and quiet - the traffic to the parks is nasty but that's "normal" for the Orlando area. It looks like they are working to improve the HWY to the parks but let's be clear, the traffic would not stop me from renting in Southern Dunes. It is paradise. I would not hesitate recommending this home to others and we will be back! Thank you Danielle and Kevin for sharing your home with us! A tip for those who are new to renting homes...this isn't a hotel, it's a home so it's up to you to provide garbage bags, toilet paper etc...the starter pack provided in this home was more than sufficient until we could get our own, (this is standard home rental protocol).

Jan 2020stayed 10 GREAT days. convenient location for us as my brother lives 4 miles away, an uncle and aunt and 2 cousins live in the next park. gave us lots of times with family without commuting very far. villa was clean and well furnished.

Nov 2018Southern Dunes is a great location for golfers as well as people wanting to go to Disney...It is out of the I 4 corridor so there is no need to go there into traffic.
The house is well maintained,has a great BBQ and pool area an de is perfect for a small family.
I would come again !!

Feb 2019Rental was as advertised. Owners are accessible and responsive via phone. Area is quiet and close to all your needs. Did not play the golf course but it appears to be challenging but possibly over priced considering the alternatives nearby. Home was very clean and well stocked so that you need not bring anything extra. Would rent again.

Sep 2020Property is just like advertised. Very clean and very nice amenities. Just a couple issues. There was only one extra trash bag, no extra towels, no extra toilet paper, no paper towels, no dish soap. So if you’re going to be there for a few days, you better bring your own or you will be going to the near Walmart to get these items.

Jan 2019Our stay at your home was so delightful. Everything was beautiful. You had everything we needed and it was very hard to leave. Our grandkids enjoyed the pool and the pool toys.

Jan 2019My family and I absolutely loved this villa! It was comfortable, spacious, and clean. The private pool was great and we liked the privacy of the surrounding area. We also enjoyed how the villa was conveniently located by restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Definitely would stay here again!

Mar 2021It was about 15 minutes from our wedding location. Well maintained and comfortable for 6 adults. The only downside was the small amount of soap, garbage bag, TP. Now yes it was in the notes but really can not get too far with a travel soap bar that could not get you past the first night. I would definelty recommend staying here . Price was great. One of the nicest golf course I have played in Florida.
