Jul 2019We totally enjoyed our visit. We loved the location. Close to the hub of downtown but enough removed that it was in a relaxed environment. We loved the view of the beautiful horses across the street. The home is warm, welcoming and beautifully appointed (it is obvious that the owner is a decorator). We had everything that we needed and then some. My sister drinks decaf coffee, my husband and I drink regular and we had two coffee pots. The beds were very comfortable. Thanks so much for a lovely stay!

Aug 2018We had another fantastic time this past weekend in Saratoga. Denise's home was as beautiful and spotless as we had remembered from last year. It's great to spend the day at the races and be back to the comfort of "home" in just a couple of minutes. We had a great clamboil and did some outdoor grilling as usual this year. Thursday night we found a new after-track dive spot for some drinks and live music at the Horseshoe Inn Bar and Grill which was fun. As always lots to see and do in Saratoga and its great to have a wonderful place to stay close to everything but tucked away in a pastoral setting. Thanks Again Denise for a wonderful vacation!

Jul 2021We had an absolutely wonderful time at your house in Saratoga. The house was incredible, comfortable, and provided so much room for all of us. We especially enjoyed spending time in the screened in porch and gathering around the fire pit. We will definitely look to stay here again!

Jul 2022This home was perfect for a long weekend getaway and minutes away from downtown Saratoga, the Racetrack and the Saratoga SPA Park! We all enjoyed the home especially the screened in porch and the view of the horse farm! Would highly recommend!

Sep 2017The house was incredibly beautiful- decorated to perfection, very clean and very comfortable. Location was great with a view of the horse farm. Extremely close to the track but very peaceful and quiet. We had a great stay.

Aug 2017The house was immaculate inside and out and was very relaxing after a day at the races. It is only a couple minutes drive to the racetrack, but it felt like you were out in the countryside with the gorgeous horse farm across the street. We grilled steaks on the gas grill and had a nice fire in the fire pit at night. I would highly recommend this property to anyone, especially to those looking for a quiet alternative to the hustle and bustle of downtown.

Aug 2020My family and I had a great experience staying at Denise's home! The location is perfect. It's in a nice quiet neighborhood, but still only a couple minutes away from downtown. The home is spacious, clean, homey, with lots of modern amenities. When we return to Saratoga Springs, I will absolutely book again!

Aug 2017Lovely home with all of the amenities you could think of. Looks almost brand new. Great inside and out. Fantastic location. Cold course very close and a beautiful thorobred horse farm directly across the street. Just a beautiful location. Denise is very conscientious and committed to making my stay as positive as it could be. I will definitely rent this home next summer for my Saratoga trip.

Aug 2018I highly recommend staying at this house for your Saratoga trip. The location is very convenient for the racetrack and going into town. The house has a nice backyard, perfect to bbq with a view of the horse farm. The house is immaculate and plenty of room for 6 people to stay in the house comfortably. Denise was a tremendous host. I couldn't have been more pleased. I will be booking this house again in the future! Thanks Denise

Sep 2022Home As advertised. House is located short distance from exit of highway easy to get to and is approx 1.5 mi to the race track.
If you do not want to be in the crowded downtown then do consider this home as it is still close enough to track. restaurants and other attractions. The house has been completely updated and is well cared for. Denise was available to reach for any questions. The home is ideal for a couple or 2 couples . There are 2 bedrms and 2 bathrooms on the 1st floor. Upstairs there is no bathroom which could be inconvenient if there were children or guests staying on 2nd flr. What really sets this house apart from the others is that it is located across the street from a horse farm so you have a built in view of horses grazing and roaming in pastures on and off all through the day. Beds were extremely comfortable. High end Home. Would stay again in the future. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Great location for four guys who came in for 4 days of racing and vacation. The whole atmosphere is relaxing especially the sun room and the Adirondack chairs in the back yard around the fire pit. The view of the horse farm is impressive.Fast and easy drive to the track and downtown shops and restaurants.This is a five star location. We highly recommend this property.

Sep 2021Beautiful and comfortable house. 5 adults stayed there and our parting words were, can we stay there next year. Close to grocery stores and the track but you feel like you are in the country. House is great with all necessary amenities. Highly recommend.
