Sep 2021Thoroughly enjoyed our week at Waters Reach. The house is beautiful and was perfect for our family and infant grandson. The house was spotless on arrival and has everything you need. Literally right on the water and the views and sunsets are breathtaking. The beach in front of the house has eroded, but they built a small raised beach and South Beach is accessible just a short walk away. The walk to town is about 15-20 minutes and we did that easily everyday. Would highly recommend this house and South Haven. Thanks to the owners for sharing your lovely home!

Jul 2021Beach access was not on property as lake levels are high, but walked to public area stairs for access, which is fairly close. House is beautiful, close to Kids Corner park w a great playground for kids. Less than a mile to walk to downtown shops and Restaurants. The home is 4 story so lots of stairs if you have older guests, but other than that it was perfect. Be prepared to buy all kitchen items (salt, pepper, Pam spray, zip lock bags, paper towel etc) as none of this is included, along w beach towels. There is a Keurig coffee maker, but not a coffee pot for a larger group. You’ll also need your own shampoo, conditioner and extra toilet paper.
