We had a group of four families meet up for three days of fun and this was the perfect property! The house was perfect, spacious and we had such a blast hanging outside on the deck and playing with the kayaks. We made some great summer memories.

We had a great time spending labor day weekend at this house. Perfect location for a large group to relax and unwind. Huge combined kitchen/living/dining room kept the group together. We really enjoyed playing lawn games, swimming off the dock and grilling on the double grill outdoor kitchen.

We had a great labor day weekend! Three families 6 adults 6 kids and plenty of room! Great waterfront area with not much boat traffic to worry about!

We enjoyed our annual girl’s trip at the lake house. It was spacious and as beautiful as the pictures. The large kitchen was stocked with the essentials. The dining table was perfect for game night and group meals. The backyard was huge and the view was so relaxing. We even used the fire pit. The group enjoyed seeing the deer in the yard everyday. Terry & Helen were so welcoming and kind. We highly recommend this home!

We enjoyed celebrating a 3 year old birthday with family. Rented a boat, easy access to the lake. Loved being on the water. The house is beautiful, comfortable and clean. The windows could use a cleaning. We loved the view out back. We enjoy the boats, yard and swing. Had fun at the dock relaxing, fishing and swimming. Wonderful family time!

Very nice home, Enjoyed our stay. Only challenges were ease of navigating narrow streets and driveway with large vehicles and boat, lack of adequate cleaning supplies for length of stay and number of people, and lastly somewhat surprised by owners need to take a measurement for future guests early Saturday morning with minimal notification. Over all this is a great property for a large family! Great care and special attention was given following Covid19 protocol and guide lines.

This property is everything described in the listing and more! It may have been the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in. So incredible spacious. Perfect for large group and lots of little ones! Huge, well-equipped kitchen, massive island, amazing covered patio with double grills, and the backyard…absolutely stunning. We spent a lot of time soaking up sun and fresh air on the dock. Even caught a fish! The beds and linens were so comfortable! Great location…feels so secluded but only minutes away from cvs, H-E-B, boat rentals and more. The property owners were extremely responsive and you can tell how much they care for and love the property. Honestly I can’t say enough about this place…we will definitely be back. Thanks again.

This property allowed us to accomplish our goals: hang out with the whole family, catch fish, play in the water, kayak around, cook and eat good food, and relax! The home is beautiful and nicely laid out. The young 'uns hung out upstairs in the play and bunk rooms. The fisher persons got to fish and the crafters had their own table to create on. The kitchen is very well equipped with quality cookware, utensils and appliances. The fridge and freezer held all our foods with ease and the ice makers kept up with our demands. We did research and found out the wine fridge is not cold for sodas. The coffee maker is drip style with a thermal carafe so the coffee stays warm. We bought a cheap $20 K-cup coffeemaker at HEB for those fancy and "just need a cup" drinkers. The pantry is awesome and has some of your basic supplies you might forget, plus plenty of room for 4 families' worth of weekly supplies. The small appliances included a slow cooker, blender, hand mixer, food processor, toaster, griddle, and toaster oven. It was a joy to prepare meals in the kitchen. The grill outside worked good. For sleeping I was thankful for the recliner in the master bedroom. The others said the beds were nice, but learned it's best to bring your own pillows if your neck is particular. Also, because of the concrete floors you might want to remember your comfy house shoes if your feet are tender. The house had plenty of supplies and basic linens, but a few needed blankets for TV watching (because of Covid I realize it is best to bring your own favorite from home). The yard is beautiful and shady, and often full of deer (so be careful where you step!) The butterflies, bees and hummingbirds loved visiting the awesome flowers in the front of the house, and we enjoyed watching them. It is Texas so there will be mosquitoes, but they were not as bad as we expected with all the water around. A very important part of our vacations is fishing, and preferably in the backyard. The dock and cover, with the picnic table fit our wishes. We caught a few fish from there and a few up the creek using our kayaks. The channel there does not have much traffic so we enjoyed playing in the water, which at times had a film of organic debris from neighbors' yard work but the bottom is clean and water is not nasty. The peddle boat prefers slow peddling. Terry, the owner is very easy to work with and quick to respond. We definitely recommend this home!

This home is large and open which is ideal for a big group! The host was very gracious in welcoming us to the property and showing us around. The kitchen is well stocked and the porch is lovely. Everything was perfect!

The location of this property is top notch! The backyard is so amazing! We loved the kayaks, paddle boats and outdoor swings and the lights just made for a perfect getaway! The renters were quick to respond and great to work with and the house holds a lot of people comfortably!

The house was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The kitchen well equipped. Also available we’re kayak’s, tubes, and fishing rods which we had a lot of fun with. We spent our evenings creekside and the kids were really thrilled with all the fish they caught. A wonderful family gathering.

The house was beautiful and impeccably maintained. We had a great time. The creek was 5ft and perfect for swimming and fishing. The kids loved the kayaks and making s’mores on the fire pit. We made some beautiful memories!

Terry welcomed us and gave us a tour of the house. The house us built to rent out. It's new construction and just perfect for 3-4 families. They have vanities outside the bathroom to accommodate sharing bathrooms. Great floorplan. The boats were a nice addition and the backyard is huge. Owners are really sweet people.

Terry and Helen were wonderful hosts, responding promptly and giving detailed answers to any questions. Their home is stunning inside and out and has extremely spacious common areas making it ideal for large groups. It’s clear they have guests needs in mind. We would love to come stay again next year!

Spacious, beautiful home! Terry and Helen did a great job hosting us. They met us on site to walk through a few details. Canal right on property. They had kayaks, noodles, & life jackets available for use. Kids caught fish left and right. Perfect family get away & the view served as a great backdrop for our wedding. 💖
