Aug 2021We were very comfortable as a multi-generational group of six in this home. Cooked several great meals and enjoyed the big TV, outdoor shower, and overall beauty of the place. Our hosts were very friendly and communicative as well. Highly recommend!

Aug 2020We’ve been to the Vineyard now 4 times and this is the perfect beach home! We stayed in W. Tisbury our very first time and returned here again because it’s mid-island and 20 min to everything Vineyard. The Lambert’s Cove pass is reason enough to stay here. Andrea was responsive to every question and let us know our house was available hours before the designated check-in which helped with our grocery shopping and planning. The home is a perfect Vineyard home. Clean, beautiful and spacious for our family of 6 with room to spare. The yard and landscaping with fire pit and outdoor shower was a bonus! We love this house!

Aug 2020We’ve been to the Vineyard now 4 times and this is the perfect beach home! We stayed in W. Tisbury our very first time and returned here again because it’s mid-island and 20 min to everything Vineyard. The Lambert’s Cove pass is reason enough to stay here. Aug 2020We stayed in this lovely West Tisbury house at the end of August 2020 and had a great time despite the Covid 19 virus. The house was perfect for a group of 6 (4 adults and 2 young children). There was a very spacious yard for running and playing and plenty of outside sitting areas. We were able to spy a tiny bunny through the dinning room window at dinner and 1 or 2 deer at the edge of the back yard at dawn.
Having access to Lambert's Cove was especially nice. We ordered dinner from State Rd- less than 5 minute drive, and Black Sheep, also 5 minutes away. Great having such wonderful food so easily accessible! I don't think we'll be staying in Edgartown any more. Give us West Tisbury!

Jul 2020We rented from Andrea for two weeks in July - two couples in our thirties. The house was very well appointed with everything you needed for cooking /grilling and the beach. Andrea was extremely responsive and helpful with anything that came up throughout our stay. The location was really great for easy access to long point beach and the bike path and we had access to Lambert’s cove beach. Only downside was the planes were a little loud since we were close to the airport. The house was a great value and we’d come back.

We (especially our daughters!) were delighted to find some delicious local sweet treats that Andrea had left out for us to eat which was a nice welcoming touch.
The house was super clean, spacious, comfortable, uncluttered and tastefully decorated. We felt instantly at ease and settled in happily for a wonderful week. The bedrooms all have nice natural light and comfortable beds. There were zero problems at all, and Andrea checked in to make sure we had arrived and that all was well.
We enjoyed biking to nearby Lambert's cove, and biked into Edgartown one day too. It's a great location, right on the bike path, and it felt easy to drive to many different parts of the island. We would love to stay here again!

Aug 2018We had a great, relaxing trip for my wife's birthday. House is clean and comfortable and was well-stocked with all the basics you would expect. Located on a quiet street with large lot in nice development close to airport and bike paths. The spacious deck was great for morning coffee and evening cocktails. More than enough room for family of 7 with great master suite on first level. Enjoyed it and would definitely stay again! Andrea was very responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Aug 2017We enjoyed our stay and found the house clean and comfortable. Given that it is a new house the lack of landscaping took away a bit from the charm (e.g., sitting on the back porch wasn't as inviting as it could be). We also, as a family of 5, found we needed more serving dishes that would have made it more comfortable eating at the home. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, the location (close to Long Point), that the house was clean, that Andrea followed up with emails/texts very promptly, and the price was right for us. We would recommend it to others.

Sep 2018Very nice, no drawers in some rooms, no lamp in one room, no chairs in rooms, but otherwise a wonderful stay! No handles in the kitchen cabinets or drawers making it a bit difficult. Very cosy living room!

Sep 2019This rental home was perfect for our family of 5! We have been renting on MV for 19 years and have always stayed in either Oak Bluffs or Edgartown. This was a nice change and we got to enjoy Lambert’s Cove Beach, probably one of the nicest beaches on the island! Buying the pass for $50 was well worth it! The home has everything you need to cook in or out. The outdoor shower was perfect and never ran out of hot water! There is plenty of room in the yard for family fun and cornhole was also provided. Andrea was always available to answer my questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Aug 2018This property is centrally located from downtown Edgartown and Oak Bluffs (about 15 minutes to each town) which is where we headed most days. Being 5 minutes to LongPoint Beach is a definite plus, assuming you get there before the parking lot reaches capacity. Being so close to the beach it would be nice if beach chairs/umbrellas were available, but we brought our own. The home is pretty new and has modern appliances. AC worked great. We had 2 adults and 4 young teens (2 boys and 2 girls). The bedrooms worked great for the kids and the master bedroom was spacious and comfortable for us. We didn't even use one of the 4 bedrooms. The deck with gas grill and outdoor shower are fine. Visually the lot could use some landscaping, but that is aesthetic vs. functional. Our boys set up their XBox on the living room TV and there was a TV in the master bedroom. A TV in the upstairs den would be ideal for larger families like ours, so that there is an additional viewing option other than in the bedroom. The owners left detailed instructions and were easily accessible. Overall a very comfortable home in a central location that is great for larger families.

Aug 2019The house was beautiful and pristine with the sweetest welcome note - Andrea, the owner, provided a basket brimming with baked goods alongside a bottle of bubbly. Everything we could have needed was there, and Andrea stayed in touch. The property’s condition, comfort factor and location all exceeded our expectations.

The master bedroom has its own bathroom, but only Queen bed. Upstairs has nice size rooms but one shared bathroom. House was very clean upon arrival. The property owner is great and attentive.
I do wish there was easier access to outdoor shower from driveway. There is a fence up to protect flowers, which means you have to walk all the way around property or through house.
Good central location that’s not close walk to anything but woods, but not a far drive from OB, Edgartown, Vineyard Haven, and Up Island. You absolutely need a car to stay at this house, but I would recommend. We really enjoyed our stay.

Sep 2018If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Vineyard, this home is perfect! I stayed here with my extended family a few weeks back and we all had the best vacation. We loved hanging out on the back deck with one another and all loved the outdoor shower! The backyard is very spacious too- large enough for us to get a wiffle ball game in.
The home is well maintained, clean, very cozy and spacious. Coming from a neat freak, cleanliness is always a major requirement and this home exceeded my expectation. I truly felt as if I were at home here.
I also loved the privacy of where this home is (on a very quiet street) and it’s central location on the island. The owners are super friendly, very accommodating and attentive and were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this home to anyone who is looking to vacation on the Vineyard! I know we will definitely be renting here again!
