We truly enjoyed our little getaway to Flagstaff. This property is a beautiful place to stay. It has everything you need and is just as pictured. The view in the backyard is so peaceful and just what we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

We rented this property so we could come visit our two Daughters for the Thanksgiving holiday. The place was perfect for all ages (three generations). The house was clean and so comfortable. The Kitchen was well stocked, we were able to prepare a whole thanksgiving feast with no trouble! There were lots of games that kept us all entertained. Great location- close to city in a cute neighborhood surrounded by pines, but most of all, the host was amazing! My husband was looking forward to watching football on Thanksgiving and after a windstorm knocked out the power, the Wifi went out and we weren't able to connect the TV. The host picked up the phone immediately on Thanksgiving morning and was able to get us up and running for our football tradition- he definitely went above and beyond!! Will definitely look forward to staying here again. Thank you for a great visit!!

We really enjoyed the stay. The double bunk beds were perfect for our boys and their friends. Kitchen is spacious and loved the view of the snow in the forest. Beds were very comfy! We would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying here. Lowell Observatory and downtown Flagstaff were an easy drive, while the view from the deck made it feel like we were away from the fray. We took advantage of the deck to enjoy meals and read outside, and we loved the opportunity for a little family foosball.We'd definitely consider staying here again.

We loved having the woods right behind the property and close proximity to all the outdoor fun Flagstaff has to offer!

We had the a great time exploring Flagstaff, and this property was the perfect home base. The house was very comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay in this Flagstaff home. We did day tours of the Grand Canyon, Sedona, and the Painted Desert and this was centrally located for all. We are a family of 5 (kids ranging from 9-16) and this house was super comfortable for all of us: plenty of space, nicely stocked, comfortable beds, darts, foosball, and air hockey in the garage, cute neighborhood. James was wonderful - super responsive and flexible, we were able to add on a night at the beginning and end of the reservation without issue. Highly recommend this home!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We loved feeling safe in a cute and quite neighborhood but also having the wooded views in the back. Everything was very clean and organized. Kitchen and closets were fully stocked with everything we needed. Owner was very kind and responsive. Would highly recommend.

The location was great and very close to NAU which was the main purpose of our trip. We enjoyed the local restaurants but also cooked some meals at the house which had everything we needed. It snowed on our last night there but we were all very cozy inside between the heater and the fireplace. My son and I enjoyed the air hockey table but the choice of board games was great! Overall we really enjoyed our stay and if our daughter chooses to go to school here we will definitely use this house again. Thanks!

We greatly enjoyed our 9 day stay. The property is very well equipped and comfortable for a larger group. The location is very convenient for everything we were looking to do around town. Definitely would stay again

We came up with our family for NAU's graduation weekend with our whole family. This home is a little slice of paradise in the pines. The location was great for us, the house was immaculate and had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. We loved the fact that it was in a cute neighborhood but backed up to the woods where we could walk and explore. The house had 99% of everything we needed. The 1% that I would have liked to have was an iron & an ironing board. Only because it was graduation weekend and I needed iron a few areas out of my son's robe. We definitely will keep this home on our favorite's list and come back again. Thank you, James, for a great family weekend!

We appreciated this home. It was in the perfect location and fit our family of 7 very comfortably. We did day trips to Sedona and the Grand Canyon along with some hiking in Flagstaff. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice neighborhood and lots of room and quick drive to many restaurants and shopping .Sitting on the deck with a glass of wine and the forest behind was a nice break from the heat of the valley.

Very nice house and great location. However, house cleaning/keeping was not up to par. I had to wash all the bed sheets from 3rd bedroom (bunk beds) and some of the extra blankets in closet(s).

Those house was decorated very cute. Plenty of space with all the Amenities you need. We loved the back wooded area to play. There was so much snow that it really heightened our experience. Overall the trip was great. Communication with James was great! We would stay there again.

This was our 2nd time staying in this home and we simply just love it! It’s always clean and so cozy and has EVERY amenity you might need! A fully stocked kitchen with every tool, tons of games in the pantry for all ages, extra cozy blankets, an air hockey table in the garage, you name it..it’s here. On top of that, it’s literally 5-10 minutes to get to anything you could possibly want in town...Starbucks, Target, Whole Foods, restraurants and more! The landlord Jim is super responsive and so easy to work with! We will continue to come back multiple times a year!

This property was perfect! We stayed with our three small kids (4-7 yrs) and our friends and their son (7yrs). Kids had a blast exploring the backyard and we loved how close we were to downtown. This property has everything you could need and is super nice on the inside. We loved the games in the garage also. Will definitely look to book again!

This property was perfect for our family in so many ways: most specifically the location, size, amenities and owner/management. It was such an incredibly easy place to stay and to unwind that it was was very tough to leave once our week was over. Thank you James!

The house is always immaculate, has a washer and dryer, tons of games, a gas grill and table on the covered patio, and a lightly forested place out back for the kids to safely roam. The owner is very communicative and responsive. An absolutely great place to stay.

This is a well-kept, clean home with all the amenities you need! James was very responsive and prompt with answers to all my questions. We were able to check in early and get settled in which was a bonus! Check in and check out process was seamless. Lots of games for all ages to play! We would definitely rent this property again.

This house, located in the outskirts of Flagstaff was perfect! It backs up to the forest for easy walking access, is pet friendly which is a must for our family, and was clean with plenty of space and everything needed to cook a gourmet meal. The property owner was wonderful to work with. We had a wonderful time and would rent this space again in a heartbeat!

This house is located in a great location, easy to town but also backing up to open space. The neighbors are close but the few we interacted with were very pleasant. The inside of the house has a nice layout for multiple generations to have their own space. We were very disappointed with the little things that were missing and it could have been due to a prior renter. The dart board had no unbroken darts so you could not play. The couple of board games that were in the house were missing pieces and also unplayable. The countertops, inside of microwave, floors, carpets, and beds were all not suitable for guests. There was no back up toilet paper and no garbage bags for the trash. The two trash bins and recycling bin outside were both overflowing with garbage. The beds looked like they were made and sprayed with Fabreeze, not clean sheets and pillow cases. The bunk beds also squeeked in the "kids room" which led to hardly any sleeping. If you rolled over or adjusted yourself in bed at night, it was loud enough for the bedroom below to hear it. We did check in the day after Christmas so I think that may have had something to do with the presentation of the house. We actually stayed a little late on the morning of to wash all our sheets, clean the microwave, made 1/2 the beds, and clean the kitchen so the next renter would have a better experience.
