Jul 2020Wonderful place!! We loved the private pool downstairs. Great location in Marathon on the gulf side just north of the seven mile. Jessica was wonderful and helped make our stay a great time.

Aug 2021We had such a great week at this Marathon condo! The pool was a highlight for the teens and adults. The views were beautiful and it was so close to great restaurant and tiki bars. We brought our 27’ fishing boat and the dock was perfect for our daily use. Lounge chairs on the beach was great and we enjoyed the kayaks every day. The condo was clean and decorated lovely. It slept the 10 of us great! We loved the neighborhood iguana and appreciated the communication with Jessica, she was fantastic! Highly recommend for a great family vaca :)

Jan 2021We had a lovely family vacation here at keys cove in Marathon! We stayed in FantaSea water front house. It was the perfect set up for our family of 5 and could have slept more. The view was gorgeous and the heated pool was terrific! It was windy and cloudy during our January stay but we still had an excellent time and it was nice to be able to use the pool. The staff was hospitable and prompt to answer any concerns. .,

Nov 2020We had a group stay at Keys Cove resort over the November 13, 2020 weekend. The accommodations were very nice, the view of the ocean was amazing. Our units (6&7) each included a private heated swimming pool and use of the private beach & pier. The upper back balconies were a great place to spend the evenings to enjoy the views and the cool ocean breeze. It is also convenient to local shopping, restaurants and charter fishing !!

Sep 2019We had a great time at this home! We arrived as hurricane Dorian was making its way to Florida. Property manager did a great job of communicating and assisting in all of our questions. House was perfect and clean. Pool had a nice outdoor tv. We would definitely stay again.

Jul 2019We had a family group of 5 plus a 12 year old. The house provided plenty of room and the furnishings were perfect. The private pool and pool area are a highlight and we loved it. Only oddity was the lack of a disposal in either sink. We had to be super careful. Otherwise all good.

Jan 2020We had 7 adults stay between Christmas and New Years. The house accommodated us all very comfortably. It had everything we needed. We saw Laura almost daily and she replenished any items that we needed and even provided a bottle of Champagne for New Years.
Jessieca was excellent in responding to any questions or suggestions prior to and during our entire stay. She even managed to supply perfect weather !!

Nov 2019We came for 4 nights (6 adults) Beautiful home, had plenty of room for cooking, card games, and relaxing. The owners were wonderful and very easy to communicate with. Loved the pool area as well and the Sandy area where we played Cornhole and enjoyed the view of the water!

Jul 2021Unfortunately this home was infested with German cockroaches. We have stayed every year in the keys and never experienced anything like this. The home was overpriced for what it came with on top of not being cleaned well. I would not stay here again.

Aug 2022This home was located on the water and we rented a boat and stayed in the water all day. Enjoyed the pool at night. Very quiet area and all people in the neighborhood were super nice! Jack was awesome!

Apr 2021The water front #6 house is BEAUTIFUL! It comfortably fit 6 adults and had everything we could have hoped for. The private pools and the privacy shrubs gave us a true sense of seclusion and the view was spectacular. The only thing that would have made it better is if we could have stayed longer.

Dec 2020The property was very nice clean and comfortable. Perfect for 2-8 people. It would be very tight for more than 8. Property manager was very helpful and responsive with any issues or questions that cam up. Would definitely visit again

Aug 2019The house worked out comfortably for our group of 10. The teenage boys slept on the pull out couch in the living room and on an inflatable bed. All of the beds provided with the rental were very comfortable. Jessica was quick to answer questions via text and made a few trips to accommodate us when we were missing items from the kitchen or needed a new propane tank for the grill. We were all very pleased with the rental property.

Jan 2020The house was clean and was in a great location in Marathon. 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths gave everyone plenty of room. The property manager met us on site and walked us through everything we needed to know including the boat dock - she was really fantastic responding to any question quickly throughout the process. Each house has their own pool and outdoor area plus we did use the Tiki area for larger gatherings and games. We rented 2 houses (#5 and #6) and when we checked in, we found out that only houses # 6-8 are truly waterfront with a direct view of the water - try to book those if you can. I highly recommend this property.

Jun 2020Really enjoyed the house. It was pretty much everything we hoped it would be. House was clean and had everything we needed. Jessica was extremely attentive to any small issue we had. Only disappointment really that we had was we were thinking the beach area included a swimming area and it doesn’t really . The private pool is great however. My wife also suggested they should have mirrors in the bedrooms. and curtains in the bedrooms to block light from the hotel next door.

Oct 2022Let me start by saying, the location and the house is nice (albeit Unit number 6 is not exactly what is portrayed online) Fully appointed, clean, updated, and fresh furnishings. Everything you need is included with ample indoor and outdoor space for a large family. Having the boat dock available for a boat is a big plus. However, there is some major misrepresented information. Many of the gallery pictures noted for Unit 6 are NOT pictures from the vantage point of Unit 6, but rather Unit 7 which seems to be their “model home” for stock pictures. As example – the view from the pool posted for Unit 6 is a picture taken from Unit 7. It appears that the unit number that is prominent on the exterior of all the units is erased in one of the gallery pictures for Unit 6 (on their website). Unit 6 is the last waterfront unit next to the Courtyard overlooking the drainage area and is NOT as represented sitting in front of the beach area and dock walk path. Since Unit 6 is next to the Courtyard, the hotel rooms that face Unit 6 can watch you in your pool, sitting on your deck etc. Also, if you view the option of units and click on the individual links of that specific unit, the picture gallery of their individual units is misleading showing pictures from Unit 7. And there is no disclaimer that, in fact, this is NOT Unit 6. Additionally, in the description (picture) is that the pool is “Heated and Chilled Pool”. In all actuality, the pool has a heater, there is no Pool Chiller (which is a legit system). When asked the property management about the Chilled Pool – I was told “the heater is off south florida is just hot”. Advertising for a heated AND chilled pool tells me you can actually chill the pool, not just turn off the heater. And lastly, the issue that tops everything else stated above is that we were overcharged based on our VRBO quote and final folio. I have taken this up with both property management and VRBO. Both claim I need to resolve with the other party. Although in full transparency, property management did offer a credit for a future stay.. The overcharge that was not resolved combined with subtle misrepresentation would give me pause to stay again.

Sep 2020Keys Cove is directly managed by the owner, Jessica. And that make all the difference. I called and texted 8 different houses to find out availability for the same day. Jessica from Keys Cove called me back right away even though it was after 5 pm and we moved in a few minutes latter. After we moved in and had a question or needed help with an issue she responded right away and many times she would come to our house to help Our house overlook the beautiful bay. It is practically new and decorated beautifully. The beds had cotton sheets and were very comfortable. I need one like this at my house. We had a great place to dock the boat. The pool too is heated, so we would soak for hours in the evening while over looking the bay. Jessica also provided kayaks to use with no additional charge. They were loads of fun. This morning when I left I was having difficulty with getting an Uber, so she called the taxi service for me that was much less expensive than uber. I have never been to a place where I was pampered so much. Jessica is truly amazing. When I go back to Marathon, I will look no where else to find a place because this place is the best.
