5 Sterne! - Dieses Haus war einfach perfekt für unsere Reise. Gleich beim Betreten sieht es so hübsch und sauber aus. Ich und ein paar andere Trainer verbrachten 5 N��chte, während wir an einem Turnwettbewerb teilnahmen. Es war nur 12-15 Minuten von Disney & amp; ESPN-weite Welt des Sports, was für uns sehr praktisch war, hin und her zum Treffen zu fahren. Ich war etwas besorgt über den Poolbereich, in dem gescreent wird (wenn die Sonne genug für einen Sonnenbräuner wäre), aber es war in Ordnung, und der kleine Pool war großartig für Leute wie uns, die nicht gerade schwimmen abkühlen. Es gibt auch Gehsteige in dieser Gegend, also bin ich gerannt und obwohl sie noch in der Entwicklung sind, war es wirklich schön. Das einzige, auf das ich nicht vorbereitet war, war, dass es kein zusätzliches Toilettenpapier für die Badezimmer gab oder dass ich nie eines gefunden habe. Ich würde dieses Haus auf jeden Fall jedem empfehlen und würde wieder in diesem Haus übernachten Jenna L.

Es war sogar mehr als wir erwartet hatten, in zentraler Lage zum Einkaufen und in der Nähe von Themenparks wie Disney World. Es war großartig, den Tag im familiären Wasserpark mit Lazy River, Wasserrutschen, Golfen, Whirlpool, Musik, Eiscreme für Kinder und Erwachsene zu beenden, um uns für den Tag zu entspannen. Ich würde dieses Townhome wärmstens empfehlen. Gloria R.
Wir konnten früh einchecken, was mir half, mich im Haus niederzulassen, da der Rest der Familie ankam. Das Haus war wunderschön eingerichtet, sauber und hatte anfänglich das Notwendigste wie Toilettenpapier und Seife. Zusätzlich gab es reichlich zusätzliche Handtücher. Wir haben den Grill, das Planschbecken und die Netlflix / Hulu-Abonnements während unseres Besuchs sehr genossen. Ich war sehr zufrieden mit diesem Haus und würde es weiterempfehlen. Vanesa H.

6 Erwachsene waren hier für ein Softballturnier. Es war wunderschön eingerichtet und hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Wir konnten alle ein eigenes Badezimmer haben, was ein großes Verkaufsargument war. Es gab viele Handtücher und eine große Größe Waschmaschine und Trockner war definitiv ein Plus. Die Lage war perfekt! Es war in der Nähe von Lebensmittelgeschäften und Disney Springs. Wir konnten nicht vor der Unterkunft parken, es gab jedoch ausreichend Parkplätze in der Nähe der Unterkunft und dies war nie ein Problem. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit diesem Gerät und würden jederzeit wieder mieten, wenn wir nach Florida zurückkehren. Die Poolanlage hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Es gab einen Lazy River, Wasserrutschen und eine Bar für die Erwachsenen. Der Preis war äußerst günstig für die Anzahl der Schlafzimmer und Bäder. Ich habe direkt bei iTrip gebucht, was eine Gebühr für VRBO sparte. Ich werde auf jeden Fall Storey Lake und besonders dieses Gerät am Clock Tower Drive empfehlen. Cindy LeC.

Jun 2017We were able to get an early check in, which helped me settle into the house because the rest of the family arrived. The house was beautifully decorated, clean, and had an initial supply of the essentials, such as toilet paper and soap. Additionally, there was an abundant supply of extra towels. We enjoyed using the grill, splash pool, and Netlflix/Hulu subscriptions during our visit. I was very satisfied with this home and would recommend it to others.

Nov 2022We stayed at a property in Storey Lake on Clock Tower Drive from 27-30 Oct 22. Up until our arrival the communication with Premier Resort Properties was good. At first glance everything seemed fine, but once we went upstairs it was really hot. The air conditioner didnt work at all during the entire trip. I notified them of the problem during the stay and at 4:15 pm on the morning we checked out (at 9:30 am) I received an email that a technician coming out between noon and 4pm, after the fact. Not to mention that we were told a $150 fee would be charged to us if a technician had to come out while we were still there.
Some of our guest got locked inside the downstairs bathroom due to an issue with the lock. We also had someone show up to address something with the dryer.
It is apparent this property was not checked out by the management company prior to our arrival.
Now that our trip is over, no one can be bothered to respond to emails/phone call. I think we should be compensated for the AC issue.
Lesson learned and I will definitely notify other family, friends and fellow veterans not to use this property management company in the future.

Jan 2021We scheduled this trip in honor of my parents 50th anniversary. This included my family in addition to my brothers so we had 10 people in total. The weeks started out interesting because the cleaning crew did not have the unit ready until 7pm due to the state the property was left in by the previous tenants. We arrived at 430 so I got to witness the filth firsthand. The unit is very nice and aptly furnished. There are a couple of quirks that I did not find out until we booked and got the check in paperwork. The AC is programmed to not go below 73 so this was a problem for about half of the week. The check out instructions say not to strip the beds so the frequency of their changing and cleaning immediately comes into question. The pool and amenities fill up quickly and there is not nearly enough parking for the number of folks who would like to use the facilities. The cleanliness of the unit was acceptable and other than the check-in being late we had a great trip. The adjacent toll road is a straight shot to Disney with no tolls between the property and Disney. This was a really nice perk. Shopping for everything you need for the week is obtainable within a 1-2 miles radius. I would definitely rent this unit again.

Dec 2019We loved this vacation home for our family for a week in Dec 2019z The house is comfortable and with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms plenty of space for our 7 adults and 2 toddlers. Plenty of towels and well equipped kitchen. Even hairdryers! The pool isnt large but just right for a dip to cool off. Easy grocery deliveries as well as close to Publix and Walmart for any supplies we needed.The Disney parks were easy to get to from this location as well as Universal as well as the airport!Enough toilet paper and mini soap to get you started. The washer and dryer were a great option which we used. When I had questions about the rental they were always quick to respond. Would recommend and would stay again!!

Overall a great alternative to higher priced properties and we didn't mind the short drives to Disney and Universal. Quiet neighborhood and so convenient to grocery store, several restaurants, etc.

Apr 2022We had an excellent stay. Each room was perfect and spacious with room for lounging and catching up after a day filled with conferences and learning. The pool area was wonderful. Getting in and out of the complex was a breeze, and it's location near grocery shopping was fantastic. This space was well worth the expense.
All of the appliances worked perfectly; we had plenty of towels, and the HVAC was great; we were very comfortable.
A couple of minor issues:
- The curtain rod in the main living area was not attached properly and fell out of the wall. I reached out to the owners who told us it would be fixed; it was not.
- We pulled a large piece of plastic out of the garbage disposal (it was a blade guard for a knife) and the disposal seemed to be off balance. Again, we notified them, they said they'd take a look, but they did not.
- There were a few burned out bulbs.

Jun 2018We had a great time at this town home! We were 4 adults down with our 4 teenage daughter for the AAU Nationals Volleyball tournament. The bedroom sizes were great, the house beautifully decorated, directions clear and close to many grocery stores and activities. We quite enjoyed the pool at the house when the girls were to tired to venture to the community pool.

Reason for the lower rating is below:
The bath linens appeared dirty, some had stains and hair was on the towels when unfolded for use. The beds are extremely firm, and was difficult to get comfortable at night, particularly with back and hip issues.
When the trash was taken out, noticed that the bin had unbagged trash that remained in the location. The sectional sofa had a technical issue that was reported, was not resolved during our stay. The technical issue did not allow the recliner section to return to an upright position.

We all mentioned quite a few times that we appreciated that fact that we had space. The condo was decorated nicely and the rooms were quite large. We enjoyed time at the house pool when we were to tired to go to the community pool.

The pool would be perfect for the warmer months though it was a little too cold for us while we were there. This was a nice little home away from home with 5 bedrooms and 4 baths It was the perfect amount of space for everyone there.

Jul 2022This property served its purpose well. There were 5 moms and 5 daughters, each duo had their own room. We were in and out the whole week while our daughters were participating in a dance convention. The only downfall is that the downstairs stayed much warmer than the upstairs. Everything else was great!

Jan 2018This location worked so well for our vacation! We ranged in age from young kids to grandparents and we all enjoyed this place. Our top priority was ease getting to the parks yet quiet for a good night sleep and it met our expectations! It was so quiet and comfortable for all of us. We had plenty of sleeping and bathroom space, a nice kitchen for cooking and meals, and nice big couch for relaxing. And the pool is great too! Lots of close parking and safe in a gated community. Super close to the Publix grocery store was a bonus. We had zero issues which is what you want in a vacation. I would recommend this home to family and friends in a heart beat!

May 2022This condo was very nice. Good floor plan and lots of space. Distance to parks and convention center was good. Didn't take too long to get anywhere we needed to be.
Only thing we were slightly disappointed with was the community pool. Wasn't as nice as we thought it would be.

May 2022This condo was very nice. Good floor plan and lots of space. Distance to parks and convention center was good. Didn't take too long to get anywhere we needed to be.
Only thing we were slightly disappointed with was the community pool. Wasn't as nice as we thought it would be.

Mar 2021The townhouse was beautiful and we felt extremely comfortable staying there! The property was spacious and had everything we needed. Dan and team were very responsive with questions.
The community pool was very crowded, however the private pool was just perfect for us! I would definitely recommend this property and stay here again!

Nov 2021The place was very nice, well decorated, with everything you would need. Large complex that was very quiet. Had some nice things you could do that we never had a chance to use; pool, lazy river, fitness center. The issue was that the electricity went out the first night we were there. Manager/owned tried to blame it on rain that we had but both adjacent properties had electricity. They told us electrician would be there in an hour. An hour later they said he was almost there. An hour after that she said he was entering the complex. Then she stopped answering her phone. A while later he shows up and just has to flip the outside breaker, which is on the end of the row of townhouses. If they just told us where it was we could have done that. I would have to think twice about renting from this group again.

Jul 2021The layout for our family of 5 was perfect. We were poolside most of the trip, but close enough to walk to the beach when we wanted. Plenty of towels and the kitchen was nicely stocked with pots and pans!
Would stay there again!

Mar 2022The house was very roomy and we enjoyed being there. Just a couple of things for the manager: there needs to be salt and pepper available, and there should be full rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. One of the beds had hairs on the sheets, but there were extra sheets so we took care of it.
Enjoyable trip.

Mar 2022The house was beautiful, very clean. I had no problems until the end, when I received a damage report and they charged me $45 for a comforter I did not dirty. It was obvious by the stain that the comforter had been washed before trying to get that stain out. I originally paid a $60 damage fee for “just in case”. But they still charged me $45 in addition. Don’t really understand that, when I asked them through email they did not respond back.
