Sep 2021We very much enjoyed Carolyn and Ken’s home. The house was very clean and comfortable and the attention to detail was truly impressive. It was also conveniently located to pleasant bay, to Chatham’s beaches and restaurants, and to the bike trail. Thanks for a fantastic vacation!

Aug 2020We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Carolyn and Ken have their home well set up for rentals. Never have I experienced as much room for our personal belongings! The house is very well cared for and super clean which is important to us. Carolyn was great about answering all of my questions before our trip. The venture behind the house (multiple times) to fish on Schoolhouse Pond was fun and rewarding. Bike trail nearby was very convenient. Highly recommend this home!

Furnishings are notably high quality and decor very charming. Truly like being home. We have found the cape a great summer place to visit, and we had a great time staying at Carolyn and Kens home.

Sep 2017This truly was a perfect vacation rental. The house is impeccable clean, well stocked with everything you would ever need, beds are super comfortable and like the cliche, "location, location, location!" We were literally 5 mins from shopping, restaurants, downtown and beautiful beaches! My family thoroughly enjoyed our week! The owners were great! They responded to any inquiries within minutes and were very pleasant and easy to deal with. I highly recommend this house for your next vacation!!!

We were a party of 6 adults and there was plenty of room. We all came together, but still had our own space. It’s conveniently located to downtown Chatham, the airport (we recommend a ride in the bi-plane), the beaches and so much more. You will not be disappointed!!

Jul 2019The place was just as described. Clean and spacious. Lots to do in the area. Beaches are great as is the pond that is down the path. We had a great time in Cape Cod and would rent the place again if we go back.

Aug 2018The location is great. One block from the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Close to shops, restaurants and Rt 6. The house is spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. The outdoor shower was nonfunctional which was disappointing. The owners were very prompt in addressing any of our questions or concerns. Overall, a great experience.

The beautiful pictures and great description of the property was what initially sold us, but honestly, it was even better in person. This home was perfect. We enjoyed how spacious it was and how impeccably clean it was. The bedrooms were so nicely decorated and very comfortable. The house was well stocked with everything needed in the kitchen and throughout. A short ride to some of the amazing beaches close by. Sitting out on the deck at night was so peaceful. Ken and Carolyn are wonderful hosts. We look forward to staying again.

Aug 2020Ideal location for many activities. All 8 of us had a very enjoyable time. Biking, hiking, swimming in the pond behind the house and Harding Beach, bird watching, tennis at the Monomoy Middle School, shopping, watching airplanes, grilling out, getting take out from several restaurants and the Chocolate Sparrow, sunsets at Rock Harbor and more. The house was spotless and well air conditioned for the hot weather.

Aug 2018Don’t have anything bad to say! Ken and Carolyn were very responsive and accommodating throughout the process. It was simple and easy to rent the home, get in/check out. Location is great since we went to Chatham and Harwich beaches. Only a few minutes drive to downtown Chatham, and the bike path is literally two blocks from the house which we used. House is clean and spacious, holding 3 adults families. Great to have the kitchen table open to the living room and sun room. Thanks again for making it a lovely vacation for us!!

The house was very clean (something we were paying particular attention to in light of COVID) and had terrific amenities. It is centrally located with easy access to bike paths and a short drive from the beach and downtown Chatham. Highly recommend.
