Apr 2014What a great house. There was 8 of us and there was space for everyone to relax. Not once did it feel crowded. Seaside gem was light, airy, clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The outside space is great too. Our kids wanted to move in permanently!

Feb 2016This home is delightful,It is lovely and clean with great modern ameneties .There were 10 of us and we were very comfortable. Owners were very good to deal with and at short notice allowed us to take our two big dogs they too were very comfortable with lots of shade and they were happy as the deck is next to the lounge and they were happy being able to see us .Great place for walks on the beach or along the cliffs tops.Thanks for sharing your great home .The Marshalls, Stoners and Sherwins

Perfectly located and a very relaxed atmosphere proved to be exactly what we needed. Thanks and we are all now planning this as an Annual trip...talk soon!Gregg

Nov 2011Seaside Gem was a perfect getaway! We had a group of 8 and one dog, all fitting perfectly into the house. The owners were great to deal with and the property nice and clean on arrival with a wonderful welcome of sparkling wine and chocolates! We all plan on visiting again, thanks Seaside!

Feb 2011"seaside gem" perfect name for a such a wonderful holiday home. although we stayed there only one night we enjoyed every bit of it - very clean with all modern conveniences, Peter was great to deal with very polite and friendly. I will definitely rent it again and have already recommended it to many.Thanks again we had a wonderful time.

Oct 2010loved our stay at seaside gem it was just great the house was great and really modern and there was plenty of room for 7 girls and it slept 10 which next time we might have more people come away with as we reconmend it to anyone who wants to get away for a quite weekend just lovely

Dec 2021Great house and will definitely be back in the near future. Good location and very clean with a decent yard, double garage and all the good mod cons. Only thing that could be better is the couches, tad uncomfortable but that’s minor. Can’t wait to go back
