Oct 2022Would highly recommend this property! We stayed a long weekend for Octoberfest and really enjoyed the location and amenities. Management was very responsive to the one issue we had.

All 3 floors of this townhome have private decks that look out over this quiet and secluded running creek. We slept with our windows open and all night the rushing creek put us to sleep. First floor bedroom has the private hot tub on its deck. Great to soak in after our long hikes! Second floor has a huge living room, huge dining table and kitchen. Third floor has a master w private deck and gas fireplace! Second bedroom w bunk bed. All bedrooms have private baths which was great.
It was an easy 5 min walk to shops and restaurants!
You pick up the house keys at a Property management company right in Breckinridge. The gentleman helping me was super friendly and very knowledgeable in showing me different hikes to take, activities in the area and just plain helpful!
My family of 4 will stay here again!! Thanks!

Jan 2022We stayed for a ski trip, and were very pleased with the location. Short walk both to downtown as well as to the Quicksilver Lift at the base of Peak 9. There is also a shuttle, but the walk was so reasonable (even in the cold/snow) that we never used it. Private hot tub was a huge plus and worked great even in single digit temps. Would have liked to see a few more amenities stocked in the kitchen (sugar for coffee, foil, ziplocks, and detergent for laundry), but overall not a dealbreaker. Check-in was a bit more complicated then we would have liked: there was a bit of confusion surrounding check-in time, and since we shuttled from the airport it was difficult to stop for keys at a separate address with no car. Michael, however was available to help facilitate entry, and was very friendly and communicative. Bunk beds were a bit lacking in comfort, but each bedroom having its own full bath made up for it. Would stay again!

Mar 2019We really enjoyed our Pinecreek condominium. A very cozy spot to enjoy after a long day of skiing. Lots of natural light especially in the upstairs master bedroom. It's only a 10 minute walk (in ski boots) to the Quicksilver lift. Kudos to Mike at Peak Properties for being so responsive when we needed assistance with a few things. Our only issue with the condo is that it was usually too warm upstairs even with the heat off. We would definitely return to Breckenridge and this condo.

Feb 2021The place was fantastic, perfect location and private hot tub, you cant ask for much more in a ski trip. The lift is a 4 minute walk which makes life much easier when you can hop on and off the mountain like that. The place is actually a little bigger than expected and each bedroom has its own bathroom which is great! It was a perfect place for 6-8 people

Jun 2019The home is spacious and clean. It is a three level property with bedrooms on first and third floors so if traveling with children the lower level bedroom may not be appropriate unless they are older and don’t require supervision at night. The hot tub is also on the first floor deck off the bedroom. Anyone who has trouble with stairs might be uncomfortable in this home. Washer and dryer are a plus, but bring your own detergent. Second floor deck is currently damaged and unsafe for use. The view is beautiful with forest and river behind property. We received prompt and friendly service in response to small maintenance issues. As new VRBO users we were surprised with the high cleaning fee and additional service fee. We stayed two nights and paid more than another night and a half in fees.

Even if everything hadn't been as great as it was, the backyard creek alone would have convinced us to return! Lucky for us the house was clean, the furnishings were lovely and comfortable, the kitchen was one of the best-stocked ones I've ever rented (not often do you have a food processor or stock pot). It was easy to keep adults and children happy with all the amenities available.The access to town was awesome: we could pick a pretty hike along the creek, a walk through the nice neighborhood sidewalks, or a free bus ride from a bus stop just a block away. Whenever we had a problem ( which had more to do with us not knowing how to make things work rather than anything being wrong) the property manager was gracious and patient and responded very promptly.

We absolutely LOVED this condo. The best part, hands down, is the view off all THREE balconies. The balconies overlook the river and the forest. It was so gorgeous. The hiking/walking trails thru the woods are literally steps outside the front door. I walked outside every morning, wandering under the trees with the squirrels. Because its an end unit, the kitchen/dining area also has a view of a huge Aspen tree (which was bright yellow when we were there in late Sept). Location is an easy walk to town. We enjoyed the private hot tub regularly and the fireplace. Kitchen and bedrooms well stocked. All in all I highly recommend this unit.

Mar 2020Perfect location for our family ski vacation. This condo is within walking distance to the Quicksilver Chair and to downtown. We didn’t utilize the free ride system but it was also a quick walk from the property.
The condo itself fit all of us comfortably and had enough space for everyone to spread out when they wanted to.
The only downside (minor) to our stay was the hot tub didn’t have enough water in it so the jets didn’t work properly and you couldn’t submerge fully. We did contact property management but no one came to fix the issue.
Overall I would highly recommend this place and hope to come back to stay here again year after year.

Feb 2022Our family had a great trip, but the condo needs some upgrades. The main room was dimly lit, which made family activities a little difficult. The old thermostats caused uneven heating in the house, and certain rooms were really cold at night/in the morning. The hallway by the garage needs to have a long row of hooks and cubbies - a missed opportunity for a mud room. The hot tub was murky the whole time we were there, where other places we’ve stayed the guys came out for the chemicals two or three times during the week with prior coordination. As a landlord myself, I would recommend these things be addressed before we’d come back. The property manager was very responsive and the office seemed efficient. Having a fireplace in the master was a real treat.

Jul 2019My brother, his family and my family stayed here over the 4th of July holiday. It was an awesome spot, with amazing views! I did wish there were more fans available in the home, the top floor got very hot during the day but overall it was just perfect! We loved the room to spread out and the ease of walking to Main Street. The pool was also a great bonus that we enjoyed!

Aug 2019Location and space are everything! We so enjoyed the view off of the decks. The personal hot tub was a huge plus, in addition to the 4 large hot tubs/pool across the street, as well! There was room for all of us us to spread out and not be on top of each other. Night owls and early birds can stay together in this space! Walking distance to town free shuttles to everything further away were also great!
