Jun 2016What a wonderful couple of days we spent at the Log Cabin B and B! Geri and Bernie were friendly and helpful hosts for whom nothing was too much trouble. The room was warm, very clean, and beautifully decorated, with a private verandah overlooking a tranquil and lush garden. We were met with delicious, freshly baked bread on arrival, served with cheese and homemade relish. Breakfast was equally lovely with a selection of cereals, breads, yoghurts, fruit, and homemade jams - yum! Thanks for a relaxing and enjoyable stay - we will be sure to recommend to family and friends.

Jul 2020Very comfortable and clean room, and with a shared television room which was a lovely way to meet a lively young couple and have a chat. Pleasant surprise with a plate of cheese and goodies on arrival . Just a perfect getaway place. Highly recommended.

Jan 2021The big issue for me was there is no TV in the room.
Additionally there is no provision in the bathroom to hang clothes while changing.
The shower recess requires a hob to contain the water while showering. This will prevent the entire floor getting wet.

Jun 2016Thank you to Geri, Bernie and Sally for a lovely weekend away. They made it easy right from the initial enquiry, providing all the details we needed to make sure things went smoothly. The room was well equipped with everything we needed to feel comfortable and enjoy the peacefulness of a chilly winter weekend away. Great attention to detail, we particularly enjoyed the homemade preserves served with breakfast in the morning. Will definitely be back! :)

Oct 2020Our stay was delightful. We relaxed in a beautiful setting enjoying the company of chooks and other wildlife. The location was ideal with only a short walk into town. The accomodation was so comfortable and we had everything we needed. Our hosts were lovely and very hospitable. We will definitely return here and recommend it to others.

Welcomed with home-made bread and a cheese platter. Home-made jams are delightful, hosts are excellent, respect your privacy, we would stay again
