Jun 2021We loved staying at this house. The short walk to the beach was perfect. The house is very accommodating and prefect for a large group. The garage is huge and a huge plus. Love that all the stores are within walking distance. Highly recommend staying here .

Jul 2022We had a great time. The house was in a great location and the garage size and parking was a big bonus. The roof top was very dirty when we arrived. It could use a good cleaning with the windows up there. Overall we enjoyed the place.

We had a great time during our time at the beach. The closeness to the beach area was nice; especially with the little ones. The facilities were roomy and the kitchens well stocked. It was a little disappointing to find a few areas that weren't as clean as I would have liked. Several pieces of furniture had dust on them that should have been dusted. One of the couch's hideabeds wasn't clean from crumbs, etc. The area behind the couch was dusty and dirty with someone's left behind dark sock. Instructions for codes, etc. were clear and easy to follow. Thank you for a pleasant, fun-filled family vacation.

My children, their spouses and my 5 grandsons came to Newport Beach to celebrate my 70th birthday. We had a wonderful time and loved the house we rented. The home was immaculate, beautifully decorated and close to everything. We had a minor maintenance problem and it was repaired within the hour. I would highly recommend this home.

A few of my friends and I came out for Labor Day Weekend from Colorado. This is the best location, only half a block from the beach and only a couple blocks away from bars/restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay for a vacation. The only drawback was that the City decided to install a new water line in the alleyway behind the property so there was no access to the garage for parking. Work was completed so should not be an issue going forward.

The place was a bit dirty inside and out, but not bad. I cleaned the entire exterior and garage before departure so I would get blamed for the mess left behind.

The pull outs in both where horrible and unsleepable. All that was done was a blow up. No adjustment or concern an burr whites part. Toliet ran whole week. One employee was so rude to us when we went in for pricing she made it feel like rent to us wasn't going to happen. The owner listened to her and never jumped in to say anything. When an older pertain wants pricing you should just give it to them then talk them out of it. Over all location good and street great too Sad part on arrival the house was never cleaned and that took an extra hour or two. Screens off up stairs Windows patios had food on them too

We rented the AB unit, which means we had the upstairs and bottom unit. There is an internal staircase, which makes it more like a regular two-story house. Except that the stairway was locked with a deadbolt and required a key, which we were not provided. Since the office closes shortly after check-in, we could not get Burr White to open the stairway until the next day (nearly half way through our weekend stay). This meant that I needed to walk outside and up the outside stairs, and use the keypad to unlock the door each time I went upstairs where my kids were staying. It made it feel much less like we were all staying together, which was the whole point! Please make sure you check this immediately if you are renting the AB unit!
Also, be prepared to make all the beds when you arrive. For the amount of the cleaning fee, I did not expect to have to make beds. Burr White explained that they've determined over time that this is the best way to determine that the linens are clean. Uh...maybe it is the best way for Burr White. But, we couldn't check in until after 4, had a bunch of kids that we needed to feed dinner, couldn't get up the internal stairway and had to make five beds. Friday night was pretty hectic. We made the best of it, but Burr White seemed pretty unphased about it. Like, that's just the way it is. I suppose this is true. But, I can also take my business to Beachview Rentals or one of the other management companies operating in Newport Beach.

Jun 2022Great location just steps from the beach! Rental was clean and updated beautifully. Our families felt comfortable and had a wonderful time. My only recommendation would be to include beach towels and a beach umbrella for guests to have access to. Traveling it’s difficult to be able to pack these items.
