it was a great location, had great owners around. pool was steps away. had a nice deck for relaxing on.

there was no bathroom without having to climb several stairs.

5 minutes to the beach

property needs general update. everything is very dated.

Only 2 bathrooms, needed 3, but reserved property knowing this shortcoming

The host had great communication and was very welcoming and accommodating!

We have small children so we brought a baby gate to block the stairs.

Nice and clean! Loved everything about our stay! We felt right at home as soon as we walked through the door.

The short walk to the beach

Well let's see when the second floor shower was used water would leak in the kitchen. Had to clean out the tubs ourselves before using. The cabana by the beach that are owned by seascape are closed but the manager who told us about them said oh here is the code to use our bathroom shower facilities that are exclusive well they were taped off and had been for awhile. No grill on back deck as advertised. Some of the air vents are hanging down out of the ceiling. And the beach buggy they offer is an old janky stroller with a net.

It was nice quiet, relaxing and a comfortable walk to the beach
