Let me first of all state this is NOT a private house nor does it have a private pool or parking! Its a duplex with shared walls, with a tiny shared pool, and shared parking. I booked this place thinking it was all private. When I called the owner he basically said we could leave or suck it up, even though he acknowledged that it was listed as a private home with private pool. After calling booking several times we never did receive any refund from the owner-who mislead me. I sent videos and pictures of the neighbors who partied, trashed the shared pool, played loud music all night, slaming doors all night and argued about the parking. I was told to go do other things not to worry about the shared pool. I dont appreciate how the owner handled it at all. I was lied to/false advertising about what I paid over $6300 for, which now he has changed in the listing. Now the good:The location is good just a short 4 minute walk to the beach. It does have some views of the ocean from the top deck. The duplex has been recently updated is decorated nicely, is very well stocked kitchen, has a nice family game room, and lots of restrooms! Other than the false information, and the neighbors being gross and loud and the rude owner it is a nice place for friends and family. Just know it's not private, and you may be sharing a lot more than you think.

House was not clean up to par. Check in was suppose to be 2pm-5pmcleaning crew didn’t leave until about 6pm. Floors needed to be swept. Shower was dirty. Microwave was broken.

The pictures don't do this property justice. It's better than the pictures. The actual property owner was always available. We had a dripping faucet and he sent someone right out. There are top of the appliances and the kitchen is overstocked with dishes. The area is quiet and the beach is across the street.
