Both have private entrances.)Just a 5 minute drive to the Venice Beach Boardwalk (5/8 of a mile) and about 10 minutes to Santa Monica and Culver City!The 2nd living room has been converted into a 3rd bedroom however, you still would have the family room available for socializing.  This property sleeps a maximum of 8 people (extra feee for additional guests).Pets: Considered on a case by case basis for an additional fee.Parking: This home is located on a dead end street with free street parking up and down the street. 2 Bedrooms w/ 3rd Bedroom / livingroom Master Suite: King bed (sleeps up to 2)Bedroom 2: Queen bed , small sofa (sleeps up to 3)Bedroom 3: 1 Queen air mattress, 2 Twin Beds  (sleeps 4) Living room: (sofa sleeps 2)This is not a Party House: Parties are not allowed for reasons including but not limited to small gatherings, loud music, loud voices/yelling, smoking (only outside), disturbing the neighbors and injury.
